Except for one, Employees just goofing off, entire restaurant full of unserved customers. For DQ customer relations to suggest we should follow a link so that the franchise owner can be made aware is a joke. Do your job DQ and contact the franchise owner yourself.

Stood in line for 10 minutes just to get to the counter and the place was a disgusting disaster. There was not an inch of prep space or floor that wasn't covered in filth. Looked like a textbook health code disaster. Walked out without ordering and will never return
Super overpriced!! Ordered a soft serve dipped cone, small size and was shocked as all get out when it was three and a half dollars. On top of that the ice cream was so soft that by the time you get into it it was like drinking a milkshake. Don't count on me being back here to spend any more money.
HORRIBLE! Very rude. The young girls were more worried about some boy in the drive through then fixing my order (missing items) my daughter is allergic to tomato’s and they still but ketchup and tomato on her burger after I told them nothing much mustard and onions on the burger. One of the girls (a worker) was also getting dressed in her work uniform.
We were there this weekend. The place was filthy! Workers had no gloves. Changing the trash then making food. Disgusting. Will never be back!
I only come to this location because it's close to my house and I really like dairy queen desserts. The biggest reason I give them 3 starts, is because every single time we order here. We get our blizzard cups messy, with I've cream/soft serve dripping down the sides, and the employees never wipe them to serve a nice clean product. Yet I know they're just kids, so I don't scold them for it. Just something I think management could do a bit better at training.
Pretty sure the oldest person working here is 12 but they're great and always grinding hard to make my order and they do it correctly every time. 10/10 will keep coming back ?
Not the first time, and I can say it will be the last time I visit this location. I've been given the wrong size blizzard on more than one occasion. When confronting the kids at the window, they lie and say it's the right size. A 12oz blizzard cup is small, and a 16oz is a medium. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to 64th and wads for better service.
Fast service, friendly staff, great ice cream, clean tables inside and outside. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Free water as ice cream consumption can bring on thirst.
Just wanted a simple ice cream cone. McDonald's was broken, so drove here. Cost a little more, but the smell and taste of the vanilla made it worth it to me. Yummy.
