Too light on the toppings. Ice cream was barely mixed. Workers seemed overwhelmed by a normal amount of customers.

I had a pleasure to be helped instantly on Father's Day. I ordered orange sorbet and it was delicious. The girl who took care of me was full of smile and so friendly. Great service and product.
I have ordered two cakes from this location in the last month and both have been horrible. Each cake has been nothing but a slab of plain ice cream with cake that is maybe an inch thick. The icing was gummy like it was old. So disappointing! I have been ordering cakes from this location for years! I received an email from the manager and he basically brushed me off. Not going back- ever!
WONDERFUL ingredients here & a fantastic staff!!! The flavors I get at this Cold Stone Creamery are the best I've had! Plus they have the Rocky Mountain chocolate desserts/candies there!!!!
I ordered a birthday cake that was supposed to have blue writing on the top. The lettering was basically white with I hint of green and the message wasn’t legible. The cake was supposed to have Oreos on the top like the ones they have in the display case but our cake had one on it.

It’s good, I like how creamy the ice cream is. However, sometimes I don’t get a lot of toppings but it mostly just depends on who is working. It’s also expensive
The store smelled of a foul odor upon entering and one of the employees was wearing a Playboy hat which seemed very out of place for such a business.
