Weird wet dank odor coming from somewhere inside the store and the customer service wasn't so friendly. But always delicious and quick to get in and out.
I have come to this store a couple times in the past year. I have always loved how welcoming and helpful the staff has been every time I come in. I recently came in wanting to use Apple Pay and forgot to bring my debit card with me. I don’t know the name of the staff member, but he paid it for me. It made my bad day turn into a good day. I’m always going to remember that and I will consider this location my main ColdStone. Love this store!
I HAVE BEEN EATING ICE CREAM HERE FOR YRS NOW. ALWAYS 5 STARS. GREAT PLACE FOR ICE CREAM. AWESOME

My faith in this location has been restored ***** I placed an order through the Cold Stone App.I ordered a French Vanilla “Ours” with Pineapple and Strawberry Mix-Ins. I picked up the order and everything seemed fine. When I arrived home, I felt something rattling in the ice cream carton . It was the smaller size “Mine” with a little extra on top and it only had the pineapple Mix-in. I called the location they didn’t believe me. I took a picture as proof. They told me to come back and bring my receipt. When I arrived they quickly handed me an “Everybody’s” size . I tried to show them what I got. No one was interested. I did accidentally spill some on the floor trying to show them what I got. I did wipe it up. I was assured that the order was correct. When I got home, the “ Everybody’s” size had a small amount of the Mix-ins at the top and not throughout the ice cream. See attached photos. This is the worst service I have receive from a Cold Stone ever.

WE ORDERED A DECENT ORDER FROM WORK ON FRIDAY. ICE CREAM AND I DO NOT GET ALONG, BUT I DIDN'T SEE THE SHERBERT OPTION WHILE ORDERING. I CALL THE STORE, TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP. THE NICE MAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS VERY NEW, AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME WRONG INFORMATION, AND WOULD HAVE THE LEAD/MANAGER CALL ME BACK. WITHIN 5 MINUTES, HE DID, AND MAKE A WAY FOR ME TO ORDER WHAT I WANTED, EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T AN OPTION ONLINE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR FINDING A WAY. MY TUMMY THANKS YOU AS WELL!!!!!!! I WISH I GOT HIS NAME. BUT IT WAS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AROUND 4-5ISH.
3rd visit in a week. First visit there was a hair in my Ice cream. Second visit they were pretty clueless and not as welcoming as the person who I had the first time.. they didn't have any tops to the large tub so I had to accept a lesser amount but still paid for the large tub...3rd and final visit was yesterday. The two girls working need major training. Rude (whispering to each other about someone in our party) then they overfill the ice cream tub to the point where the top couldn't go on. Stuck it in a tiny paper bag and sent me on my way..the bag ripped before I got to the car and there was ice cream everywhere. Was actually upset that I tipped them. I like the ice cream but it's the poor customer service and faulty practices for me. Hoping to find another ice cream place to frequent! Spent close to $60 in 3 visits..never again.
If this receives anything other than 5 stars you do not have a soul!!! It's COLD STONE!!!
Always like this place, its a fun place to take kids to get a sweet creative treat. I wish these places would start serving sugar free options
