The environment is friendly but I think there's somebody getting high in the men's restroom I told the cashier and I'm not sure if she told her manager. But the food was prepared good.

Pretty quick maybe a little too quick. Asked for lime chips but got regular ones. Not that big of a deal but overall was satisfied with the service!

My bowl was great and my daughter had no complaints on her quesadilla but my husbands burrito was not very well wrapped, making it difficult to eat

The portion size of the burrito is pathetic and the amount of meat inside of a taco is even worse. Beware that the rice and beans could be under cooked and flavorless. I would recommend going to a different Chipotle.

They never get the online orders correct. I’m tired of getting food that I don’t like for $20. Is it that hard to check the names on the bowls?

The employees were absolutely amazing!!My mom has an allergy with rice and offered to change their gloves and when we made a special order for nachos they were very willing to do it with no complaints!Best service we've ever had at any Chipotle, I hope we get the employees we had again when we go!We went at 7:10 p.m. on Thursday the 19th.Please give who was working then lots of praise!!

BEWARE OF THE EXTRA COST for guacamole and queso! The in-store signage is deceitful as it lists all the items that go into the burrito and doesn't tell you what is extra and how much. I ended up paying a whopping 40% extra for rice and beans with a stingy spoonful of meat. The really sad thing is they don't care about their customers: store staff is rude and dismissive if you complain about it and the feedback you send from the receipt doesn't have a field where you can give them contact information to make things right!! All the feedback just gets filed into the trash... Bad business practices like this will keep me and everyone else I talk to away from Chipotle in the future.

One of the sofritas bowls in my order did not have any sofritas. Not a big deal I guess, but I wanted to call the restaurant and tell them they messed up, at least. I spoke to the robot who answers the calls 4 times asking to be connected to the restaurant. Every time it just rang and rang with no answer. The store was not busy when I was there - maybe one table had some customers - and nobody was in line, so why did nobody answer?? There were plenty of workers there when I picked up the order. What if I had a bigger problem? There is no way to contact this location if you have a problem, short of going all the way back, apparently. I will be checking the contents of my future orders by removing the covers off the bowls in the store before leaving from now on. If I don't have a way to deal with an issue with the store directly, I guess a bad review is the only recourse I have.

Total foulup. Ordered kids build your own Meal. Notice it said meal. They forgot to send the drink or fruit. Also ordered 3 taco dish and sent only one. Not sure who is blind.
