Its Chipotle, new clean location. The people who work there have always been above average so hats off to them and especially whoever has been able to consistently put that together, especially post COVID.
The worst Chipotle. They never have a fully stocked kitchen, and though they tell you they are out of half of their products, they still charge the same for their products though you don't get everything you want. Also, I did in line for over 10 minutes, finally get to the counter and they say their credit card machines are down and they will not take any orders. Not offering anything for the inconvenience.Horrible service. Worst Chipotle ever!!
Our experience absolutely sucked.I barely got any food in my bowl after they literally just scooped bean juice from the bean container onto my food cause they ran out. My bowl is mostly corn salsa and some pieces of steak. My friend had the same situation with the beans and got ignored through most of her order Everyone on the line was so rude to us and we paid almost 50 dollars for our meal and i barely have any dinner :/
Consistently late with orders. Today I had to leave after waiting for 30 minutes, their app is less than worthless when it comes to figuring out if my order successfully cancelled. Would give 1 star if their food was bad.
Stopped here the other day around 4:30 for an early dinner. Ordered through the app for the soonest available time and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Order was correct and delicious! Decided to stay and eat in their new looking building. There were a decent amount of people in there but it was clean and appropriately stocked. I appreciated that they had trash, plastic, and compost options.
In times like these I wish I could give negative stars because for as many years I have been eating Chipotle this location in particular is hands down the worst! The workers are always in a bad mood being rude, almost rushing you to order. And the food never seems as fresh as it should be. Chips are always stale. All around today was my last straw and will never be going back to Chipotle on 64th & Ward.
This used to be a great location, not sure what's happened. Staff is still super nice, but our past few orders have been way off. Chipotle has changed something about their chicken as well, it's rubbery and gristly now.Ordering ahead is easy. And with the front-facing staff here, ordering ahead is the decent thing to do. The quesadilla tray is reward for ordering through the website. The smoked brisket was incredible when it was around. Just lately they've been skipping ingredients - no lettuce on tacos, no guac on a guac salad. They ALWAYS forget the salad dressing, but that's a Chipotle tradition. And hey, Sarah, so sorry our wildfires interrupted your trip, don't ever come back.
My dad and I decided to order Uber eats from here for lunch and boy were we disappointed. My dad and I both ordered chicken bowls and the chicken tasted like it’s been sitting out for hours it was cold, dry and nasty. The whole bowl just tasted like it wasn’t fresh I would give this place no stars if I could. This is honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever had and I used to love chipotle. I would rather shred my money down the drain then to ever spend it here again when Tokyo joes is not far either.
This was the first and last time I went to this Chipotle. I ordered a steak burrito with chips and queso cheese, no drink. Almost $18.00 dollars. I said, "Are you kidding me? I can go to the Texas Road House and get a full steak meal for that much. They replied that we don't make the prices. The burrito was cold, and the chips tasted like yesterday's leftover stale. There was only one person in line in front of me, and no one was in the dining area. They were not so busy that quality should've been an issue. I will say that the young man who made the burrito and the young lady who robbed me were very polite.
I’ve been using this chipotle off and on since I was a high schooler 12 years ago. The employees usually do a great job, but I would agree with some other comments here that the portion sizes really just depend on who you get scooping up your food. The food is usually good, but the consistency among employees is not great.
