If only your online orders matched your in person orders. I paid extra for guacamole but barely hot any. Thumbs down chipotle.

This place has gone downhill FAST. I've eaten at this place hundreds of times, and I'm done now.My last two orders were the same. 1 chicken burrito and a burrito bowl. I order via the app and we pick up within 10 mins of placing the order. The bowl is always cold, not even lukewarm. The meat is cold, the rice is cold, it's disgusting. Both times the burrito was warm, but this time the burrito was so small it looked like it came from Taco Bell. We're not wasting another penny here.
Ridiculously small portions, you're better off going to one of the other locations nearby for fresher food and normal portions. I've seen bigger burritos from taco bell value menu..
I love chipotle, however, whenever I order I feel so rushed and can't get exactly what I want. I wish they'd just slow down a bit to make sure they get the order exactly correct!
I asked for a vegetarian bowl. The employee slobbers chicken into my bowl then proceeds to pick it out with their meat covered gloves and acts like everything’s fine. Didn’t offer to start a new bowl or anything. Unbelievable.
The last two times we ordered they completely messed up our order. For my daughters quesadilla they have her 2 tortillas. Than when we try to call you can not talk to a human being. I did not give them 1 star cause they gave us credit for our next order and when we drove all the way back the second time they made us our meal again. But it would have been much better if we could have talked to a human and not the computers.

We ordered online through Door dash for pickup and someone had taken our order. The staff were expremely kind and helpful - verified our order and made it fast, we got a free drink for the wait and our orders seemed to have extra meat and ingredients too. Great service, thanks.
Service was quick and staff were friendly. They were doing online orders and in restaurant orders at the same time. Didn't give much protein or rice in the bowel. Guacamole was a little pricey.
