The service is about as reliable and consistent as the Taco Bell 100 ft away. The one thing I can say for that Taco Bell, is that when I order something I do get it, even if it's 3 days old. I order the same salad with extra chicken every single time I've been here. I have never been charged with the same amount or actually even received the same amount of chicken. The people at the window just laugh and shrug it off every single time. This is honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to

Unfortunately, this is why I rarely come to this chik fil a and many other establishments. I havent been to this particular chik fil a in over a year, and I pay for large meals usually but dont recieve the type of large meal I should be getting. The fries are always cut short as shown in the picture and extras usually have to be asked for twice. I still have the receipt.
Got there a little before breakfast ended and they were kinda rude about giving me my pickup order. Then I checked in my car and they gave me completely the wrong food, but couldn't replace it because breakfast ended by then
So glad I spent the extra money for two large fries and still got two mediums. Not to mention the fries were old and soggy.
I really wanted to like this location as it's the one closest to my house. However, I have given them more than enough chances and they simply just have the rudest employees and fail at customer service. The other one on Wadsworth is wonderful.
We placed a delivery order and received a text saying it arrived, but it didn’t. After waiting 10 minutes, we called the store. They admitted they delivered to the wrong address. Instead of remaking the order, the options they gave were 1) the driver would try to get the order back and delivery to us or 2) refund. No one wants food that is delivered elsewhere — that’s an unsanitary option. Very disappointed.
this Chick-fil-A definitely does not meet the standards of most Chick-fil-A‘s.Rude attitude, no communication between employees causing confusion..Not a great experience.Food was good tho.
You guys really suck,. Food overrated over price. Only good thing is your employees are very nice,. Twice I go ( and only go for my boyfriend) you manage to mess my food up.Today I order grilled bacon ranch and forgot the two main ingredients bacon and the ranch. Can't call don't answer and not waisting time to drive back. The one star is for your over work employees and maintain a smile and friendliness.
Foods fine I guess but how you gonna give me literally every single sauce except the ONE I ordered ? it’s as simple as actually reading the order but what did I expect from a company that hates gays
Everything you expect from a Chick-fil-A. The only odd thing is I think maybe Friday is casual Fridays for the staff and that kind of felt weird because it just seemed like everyone was not dressed for work but hey, whatever works. It doesn't take away from the five-star service that Chick-fil-A always delivers. Clean bathrooms, nice staff.
