I just tried to order a simple meal through the drive thru. I ordered a #4, Bacon King value meal, as it was listed on the menu. The reply I received from the person inside was that the Bacon King wasn't in a value meal. I replied that he was incorrect, as I was looking at the menu. They also tried to tell me that the best that they could do for me was a bacon double cheese burger, which can only be a small and not a large. If the employees working there don't even know their menu, nor how to take care of the customers, its understandable that their business is taking a dive. Avoid this place at all costs.
The hours on their website are not correct. We showed up to drive thru around 10:30 while workers were inside. Nobody was responding and there were no signs that the location was closed. Do not expect to get food past 10pm at this location.
They sure can't get a simple Order Fresh, but the Employees all eat Hot and Fresh all sitting up in the dining room like they're at home in the kitchen!!! Disgusting that they sell the old times out food to the customers but, the Employees all have customized meals hot and freshly made! ? Fire all of the Evening Staff for bring lazy and selfish! What's wrong with places these days! Old out timed stale food is what customers get for their Money!
Burger King overall is a joke. This location falls right there with them. I have decided that bk does not deserve my money. There food is subpar but the bad customer service makes it unbearable. The management teams bk decides to hire always act under qualified. The amount of 1 star reviews is accurate for the quality of this location.
I've had continuous issues with employees at this location. They are unprofessional and even aggressive. I typically won't write reviews because I understand that sometimes people can have a bad day, but today my mother was called a profanity by the woman at the front widow. When she asked for a manager, the woman responded that she was the manager, but refused to give her name. I will absolutely be calling the corporate consumer relations number to report.
We received the wrong order. My son could not eat the food we were given. I have been trying to contact the restaurant for a refund. Nobody answers the phone. I emailed Burger King corporate and still have not had any response from this restaurant.
Straight garbage taking order was fine but waited 25 minutes saw my order on the heating area. They then got a big order and looked insanely confused and it was obvious they lost my order. Decided to give it a few more minutes and it was for sure like watching under trained monkeys this is why people need to be paid more.
Horrible service. Waited 7 mins at the drive thru before I was acknowledged and was told they would be right with me. Waited even longer. When I said hello? I received a snippy employee saying "you have to wait, we are busy." There were no other cars in the drive thru but the lobby was busy with people waiting I didn't wait and went somewhere else with friendly staff and more help.
Always get great services here. I have BKs closer to my house but drive all the way to this one because I always get good customer service and good food from this location.
Well, one of the employees pulled a knife on a family member here tonight. Was just trying to order AT THE PULL UP WINDOW AT 9:20PM THEY CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT AND WAS GIVEN A HARD TIME AND SNOTTY ATTITUDE FOR ORDERING?? The Male employee was confronted inside while kids stayed in car and he pulled a knife out. Absolutely not okay. Will be contacting corporate. Police were called and they never showed up. Wonderful.
