This place has gone down hill, their service use to be great. Their food great. But now I regret of even of thinking of coming here. We went there this last weekend and first for drinks their soda machine was down. I had a beer and it was flat. We order a sampler and some of the items they didn't have available, we asked if we could substitute it for a different item like their onion rings since they didn't have none, we aaked if we could get some potato wedges. The waiter said no. I asked really??? then I asked then can we get more of one of the items you have available from sampler tray like more mozzarella sticks or something. The waiter said I'll have to ask my manager which we think he didn't even asked. We wanted to leave but my nephew was hungry and irritated. We just stay for him to get his wings and we will find another place ourselves. We order 6 wings for my nephew and to tie us up for some chips and salsa. The wings came with the wrong sauce and our chips and salsa never came. Really a bad place to come. Go somewhere else or at least another B-dubs.
The most mids b dubs I've ever been to. The hostess is always super rude and dismissive to us to where I've basically stopped coming. Just moved in across the street, so was super excited to be able to walk over and have some wings and catch the game, but no chicken wing will ever make up for the attitude and service here. Last time we walked in and were told it would be over an hour to get food because a softball team was in front of us, even though the rest of the restaurant was half full at most. You're telling me Buffalo Wild wings that seats over 150 people gets overwhelmed by a dozen high school girls? Okay. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Phillip the GM was incredibly tonight during the Stanley Cup Finals! Nothing makes you appreciate a restaurant more than seeing a manager bus tables, seat guests and have so much consideration! We had an awesome time tonight and will be back! :)
The food was delicious, however this location took a bit to deliver the food and seemed to only check on is ever so often. It also took a bit to get extra water and napkins. Food was good, however I've had faster service at other locations.
The cashier was nice, but that's about all that was good.Food took 50 minutes (although it was quoted for 25 minutes). The order was a simple 6 bone in wings and fries. That's it. I get home and find the fries are missing.Over an hour of my time for just a basic order and nothing good worth sharing.
Every time we go here the experience is completely disappointing. I don't know why we keep going back. The waitstaff is very inattentive. We waited more than 10 minutes to be offered drinks. Another 10-15 minutes before receiving said drinks and ordering. 30+ minutes waiting for our food (that came out cold). No drink refills offered during our meal. And to top it off we waited another 30 minutes after finishing our meal before we were brought our check. A manager walked by us several times and completely ignored my attempts to get his attention to ask for our check. There was barely even anyone else in the restaurant so being busy wouldn't be an excuse. The workers had plenty of time to stand in a group by the front and yak it up while ignoring all of their tables (as we clearly weren't the only ones in the restaurant annoyed with the terrible service)
Very disappointed in ordering take out...the last 2 times we have been shorted on our order. We had to call back to get resolved. Wings are smaller portions then before. This is not the same, since before the pandemic. We hav been very disappointed with this restaurant. We will be trying other wing places, instead.
Went there last night got there at 7:05pm. There was a 25 minute wait despite there being numerous open tables. We eventually got seated, took 15 minutes for a waitress to come to our table to take our drink order. We ordered 2 waters, an iced tea, a beer, and a margarita. Got the waters and tea quickly but it took 30 minutes to get the beer and they forgot the margarita. They finally brought the margarita and it was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Ordered (2) 20 piece boneless wings and an order of chicken fingers. The tenders came with fries which were cold and also ordered a order of tots which also came out cold. It took nearly 50 minutes to get the food to the table. On top of that it was freezing inside the restaurant. Never had a manager come to the table nor did the waitress send him out after she knew of the numerous problems and frustrations. She then handed us a full bill for $64 and did absolutely nothing for our troubles. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this BWW and won’t be returning in the future. Negative 100 stars
We got a table right away and had an awesome time. The food was hot and fresh, everything tasted great. The service was friendly and checked on us with appropriate frequency. Our booth was clean and had a good view of several TVs. We would definitely go back!
Our waitress Valerie was nothing short of amazing! Super friendly, very attentive, her service and attitude went above and beyond. I will definitely return to this location more frequently, I absolutely loved it!
