HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AWFULI wish I would have read the recent reviews before I ordered from this Black Jack pizza. They are located less than 5 minutes from my house but the pizza took an hour and a half to get here.It had CLEARLY been sitting out for a long time when I got it.I will NEVER order from here again.Do yourself a favor do NOT order from this store. The pizza was cold, gross, and took forever.I wish I could give it zero or negative stars.
Ordered yesterday for the last time. I used to love BJ pizza, but the last three times have been a horrible mess. Yesterday was the last straw. Ordered online and it said 75 minute wait. At 90 minutes I called and they said "Sorry, its on the way." Delivered about 5 minutes after that and the pizza was cold like it had been in the drivers car for over an hour. Never again. Buyer beware.
Has to be the worst Blackjack in town, ordered a pizza online and was quoted 45min, after an hour I called to check on my order and was told the driver left 8min ago and it should be here in 5min fast forward 25min later I called a 2nd time and thats about when my pizza showed up. Not only was it double the delivery time it was hard because it had sat under a heat lamp. I wish I could give 0 stars. The best part of my experience was my refund.
Great staff members! They are all very friendly and helpful. I’m only giving this 4 stars because the food isn’t the best thing ever but it’s definitely worth trying.

I’ve been in Arvada about 6 months now and this blackjack is by far my favorite pizza place in years!! Between Jen and Bass, this store has always taken care of me. Delivery’s are always extremely fast no matter the day and they do an outstanding job each time.GET THE RANCH PIZZAA!!!!!!!!!!

Placed a order over the phone, when to pick up but the employee couldn't find my order. The female employee was nices, but wouldn't let me Substitute the cinnamon bread for the brownie. I just left after they wouldn't take care of their customer after their mistake.
