I live less than 5 mins from a Dairy Queen but opted to drive 30 mins away for Baskin Robbins seasonal Valentine's ice cream. The flavor love potion 31 is my favorite of all time! I was really disappointed the hours are not updated online. Google says they close at 10 pm and that the hours were updated just 2 weeks ago. When I arrived at around 9:05 we were shooed away by the employees signaling they were closed. I stuck around for a few minutes to see if they'd turn off their open sign but it looked like the staff were just chatting inside. Went to Dairy Queen instead for my late night cravings. Hope I get the chance to snag some love potion 31 before it's gone!DQ: 1Baskin: 0

Ice cream was good. Service was friendly and fast. Well staffed. Not crowded. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. 31 delicious flavors. Daily specials. Happy children.
Staff worked very fast to get everyone their ice cream. Was a huge line on June 18th.
It’s hot as heck - so a daiquiri ice cone seemed in order. The staff is excruciatingly nice. I can’t believe I was greeted with gusto as I came in the door. Go visit them and enjoy a cone this summer! Flavor of the month June 21 is lime with citrus ice.
Seriously the best rocky road ever. The staff at this location is always so friendly and accommodating. Keep it up! Such a nice treat to have both a Baskin-Robbins and good staff so close to home.
What else to say? Decent ice cream at a decent price. The young person scooped up my order, ran my gift card. They have a nice little area out front with a couple tables if the weather is nice.
Yesterday I went there and when I went to pay for my ice cream I was asked if I was okay with not getting change back because of covid. Huh? You'll take my bills and won't give me change? I would've felt better if I was told that the change of MINE was going to an animal shelter. It's not nice to make money off of covid. I loved this place until yesterday.
The cake decorator Trish (former service member) hooked me up with an awesome Kansas City Chiefs birthday cake with this salute to service pattern the day before my birthday and anniversary of 23 year of service. Thanks Trish!!!
Masks are required in this facility. My wife and myself had not been in this store before, and was surprised to see how clean the inside was and very friendly personal. Great display of cones, cups and ice cream. Fare pricing.I on the other hand was extremely disappointed in the outside area around store front and adjoining south concrete floor. Dried ice cream that had been there for day's. Just plain filthy!
