The food was alright, not the best but not bad. What I was disappointed with was the service. It started out as great, but quickly declined. The staff was friendly that wasn't the issue. What the issue was however, was after we finished eating, we waited for close to 40 minutes for our check. We finally asked a different server is she could help us. About 5 minutes later, our server arrived with the check and apologized stating she got distracted. We tried to get her attention many times with no luck as she helped tables around us before asking the other server. I'm not saying I will never go back as I did like the atmosphere and friendliness, but it might be a while.
Unbelievably terrible service as soon as we walked in the door. When the food arrived 30 minutes later the center of the lasagna was cold. When I told the waitress, she took the plate back and just added more marinara sauce to it. It looked like some leftovers put together on a plate with sauce on top. The plate was still aded to the tab when it was oviously disgusting. Will never go back there again.
My family and I were in Arvada today and thought we would try this place for lunch today. The service was terrible. It wasn't very busy at the time. It took our server a good 25 minutes to take our order. To get our meal took another 25 or more minutes. The prices are extremely high for what you get. I ordered a large salad and it was mostly lettuce, drenched in Italian dressing. The bread that was served wasn't even warmed. We won't be returning.
Half Ravioli & Half Spaghetti with Sausage and Garlic Bread pick-up last night. Literally doing a “happy dance” with every bite!!! So good. (Also big smile when the bread that comes with my dinner is in a little clear bag with hand tied knot)
We've been coming here for over 20 years, and the only thing that has changed recently is the sausage. I'm not sure what happened, but the new sausage is terrible, the casing is way too tough and chewy. Not bad enough to leave off any stars as we've always had great service and excellent food.
We went there for a birthday dinner. All the food and drinks were fantastic. Our favorite waitress is Deanna. She took extra care of us and made my wife feel special!!
Worst service ever!!!!! It took the waitress 40min to take our order. She just shooshed my sister while she was ordering. It is 1:00pm on 02/18/22. We are still here waiting for our food. I can't believe how rude she is being. The food here is great but this waitress is the worst.

First time customer here. I ordered pickup on Sunday night. I got the homemade pasta with meatballs and it came with salad and bread. Everything was delicious and I thought it was a great value for the money!! Everyone that interacted with at the pickup counter was friendly and pleasant. I can’t wait to dine in and bring my family!
