Understaffed but still providing service at Applebee's on Wadsworth. We got dinners to go and they were all well received by the crowd at home. Teenager ate until she was full and the adults enjoyed their meal.

Our service there was pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Staff is awesome and our waitress was "Phenomenal with a smile ?."Love eating at Applebee's Grill +Bar! Will definitely be back again and again. Thanks to All..Food Excellent ❤!!
The service was rude. Silverware had food on it.The bartender is very rude and doesn't know how to make drinks!(.) the last 5 times we've been there the margaritas tasted like virgin margaritas and absolutely horrible no flavor at all. 10/10 don’t recommend eating there. Waste of money
I can understand slow service when a place is slammed but during our recent visit we had to flag down service several times because everyone who worked there just seemed to be huddled up and talking amongst themselves. It just didn't feel very comforting or welcoming.
My daughter and grandson and I went to this Applebee's on Jan 31st. The waitress was nice and did a great job. The food was excellent and definitely would recommend the bourbon street steak, it was outstanding !! Had a great dinner..
My order was wrong but food was still really good, we got to try something new, mistakes happen. Brittney was awesome and helped make it right. 9/10 times you'll get exactly what you order, but every time is great food.
- [ ] I was getting my car serviced at Midas across the street and I thought I would grab lunch at the nearby Applebee’s. I think the last time I had visited one was in my hometown of Las Vegas probably over 20 years ago so I was actually excited to eat here! I walked in and there wasn’t a host but since I knew it was just me and I wanted to sit at the bar I just sat myself. There was one other patron at the bar with me so that made me feel better to know the bar was in fact open. I waited for 10 minutes and I couldn’t even pick out who the staff was because there was nobody around! Then I saw what I know now was the manager and he didn’t even say hello he just gave me a menu and then sat the 4 top that had been waiting at the front door as long as me. Another 5 minutes and I finally see the bartender who is disheveled in appearance and doesn’t even have any sort of uniform on just a black hoodie. I ask for a water and the Alfredo with blackened shrimp right away. The food does come out in a timely manner. Another manager brings it and asks the bartender if she has silverware behind the bar, she does not she says. He gets me silverware but no napkin, says he will get me napkin and I take it out to see a disgustingly dirty knife. Luckily my meal doesn’t need a knife. The shrimp is not blackened. It tasted similar to a microwave Annie’s Alfredo but I’m so starving I finished it. I put my card out to pay about three minutes into eating because I am just looking around and observing the service at this restaurant and I can’t believe what I am seeing, about 6 people waiting at the front door again and the managers definitely see it and finally after four or five minutes of them waiting he then says “it’s going to be awhile folks.” They are not even that busy but they’re clearly understaffed. With the pandemic I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but if the service was better than maybe I could. Let’s just say I’ll never be returning and now I know why it’s been over 20 years since I have been to a location. It was nice that manager Ken (I believe?) ran my card and said “thank you for coming in and sorry for the wait.” Maybe he could see the irritation on my face? Go ahead and do yourself a favor and support a local restaurant instead.
Just found wax paper in my food. We love to come to Applebee’s late nights. This was disappointing if not for anything other than that the fact that it appears as though I ate the rest of it without noticing. Come on guys kitchen needs to pay more attention. Other than some of the food being made poorly, service was great and we were sat right away. Now I have to check my food here which kinda sucks.
Very kind server even though we got there pretty late. Food was great. We always getvtheir 2 for $23 or somewhere around that price meal deal. Recommended!
First, let me just say that the service is always great here. I've been here a few times and have always been happy with my server. They are kind, attentive, and personable.The reason why I give them an average rating is because the food is sub-par, but it's not necessarily this location's fault. Everything that isn't on the grill just tastes like it's full of preservatives. Maybe it's just me? Anyway, if you love good food, this is probably not the place to go.I've had social gatherings here for drinks, which is probably the best reason to come here. We enjoyed sitting by the bar, ordering drinks (especially at happy hour), and watching the game. That will be the only reason I come here from now on. I think that is Applebee's sweet spot. ?
