This wingstop is so inconsistent, one order will be fantastic then a week later it sucks I order today and omg can't even tell what flavor this is supposed to be taste like watered down habanero pepper
They just poured BBQ sauce on my wings they also gave me 12 plain wings instead of 6 lemon pepper and 6 plain they gave me no lemon pepper at all actually they also put all 24 wings Iordered in the same exact box I also ordered two ranch cups and only got oneAlso the last time I went in person I ordered this time on door dash, The girl with Short Hair that was working the register was very rude she rushed me the whole time asking "are you going to order & are you ready yet" while I was still deciding, She told me to pick 3 Flavors then Looked at me like I was stupid and said I can only have two flavors & there was only 1 other person who was in the store and it took over and hour and 30 minutes for my food I ordered at 8:10 and got my food at 9:52 My fries were burnt and one flavor was wrong,This used to be a great location and now with the new employees it's horrible
It was horrible service this is the 2nd time I check in & while I'm standing there they bring my food out and let it sit there and get cold
Never answer the phone and very rude and they gave me three peaches and not five
They messed up my online order when I got home and realized I was missing items I called them and they made it right. I was very happy with the customer service and the quality of the food this was my first time trying Winston. I will be returning for more ? ?
Customer service has gotten soooo much better than a year ago. Additionally, I haven't got a raw/undercooked wing in over 9 months. Everyone also seems much friendlier than when I first came to this town over a year ago. I love the change.
Food was delicious and service is great. Food is always on time when I order ahead.

This was my first time here.I ordered online 3 hours ahead of when I wanted the food. They were very busy but greeted me when I came in. I waited for my order about another 10 minutes.The chicken was perfectly cooked and was excellent. I give the chicken 5 star's. The fries were horrible. They were a dark brown, very soggy and COLD...Yes..cold.. should have been in a container like the chicken not put in a cardboard container with no lid. The fries get 1 star.If you're looking for great chicken this is the place to go. Just skip the fries.
