Very disappointed! Due to being on low carb diet I ordered mini bowl, no rice, just veggies and a mix of chicken and tri tip. The cabbage was soggy, the chicken and tri tip was about one tablespoon of finely "diced" pieces! Very disgusted. I had ordered the same bowl 4 days ago at the Waba Grill, on Canyon Springs in Riverside and it was wonderful, the veggies were crunchy and I COULD FIND THE CHUNKS of delicious meat! Not the best waba i ever been to. I love waba personally its over priced like a mother but i can turn a blind eye because the food is tasty. I hate when im short handed though. Ive more than payed my dues. This place try to give me one little little container of jalapenos/carrots. Other stores at least give you filled sandwich baggies of carrots this one was containers the same ones they put the chopped onions in. when i asked for more they tried to tell me there gonna charge me for more i was one heart beat away from asking for my money back. At the end i ended getting six containers of carrots not charged and that still wasnt enough as a baggy would of been. Dont cheap out on the carrots or people wont come back to your location. No one has ever cheeped out on carrots like that before. There were no chopsticks. The place is still outdated looks more like a chinese fast food store than a waba. For me i was insulted by trying to charge me for something that used to be load as much as you want. They try to hit me with the shortage of because of covid story. No... jalapenos and carrots are in abundance let the customer have what he wants... Your boss owns the store not you. I just looked at previous reviews and someone else complained about the portion size of onions and carrots, they told him they would talk to the crew. Guess they dont follow up on their statements. Also whats with all the b-roll on the reviews look like a lot of self promotion. Let the customer take the pictures wayne.
Cool people. Good food . Very nice quiet patio seating. Rarely see anyone there. Little hidden gem if u need a quick cheap bite
Have not been in months but omg if you love rice your good. Hardly any meat in the chicken bowl and they Salmon was so small that a few bites then all rice.So sad very pricey
The service at this place is subpar. Every time I call to place an order someone answers and automatically says please hold, Then I can hear everything going on in the background. It’s like this for a couple of minutes and then I get hung up on. I then call back an no one answers. This is terrible service.
Third time I have had my order screwed up. It’s pretty simple, brown rice not white, read the order on the screen. For some reason they can’t get it right. When you go back they have a stupid look on their face, like oh sorry. Not once has been offered any compensation for their screwup. When he asked for the manager there never there. But the minute start to drive away somebody walks out of the office. Time to let the owner know he needs to something about this. Horrible customer service. Maybe tell his employees to take a little more pride in getting peoples orders right. I won’t be patronizing this local business anymore.
Order a couple waba bowls. Overly packed rice and very little meat. I even asked for less rice. About the worst beef I have eaten. Fatty, stringy and tuff. The chicken was good but very little given. I will stick with El Pollo Loco.

This one has nice people other one didn't they rather me kept my dog in extreme heat than to let me order my food and this place has more heart plus healthy food
Waba Grill,located in Yucaipa,Ca,features a great variety of healthy and freshly cooked grille entrees. I had their delicious fresh grilled salmon and brown rice with greens and it was very tasty! The portions were very fair for the price and quality that was offered. The servers were very helpful and courteously answered all my questions.
