Although the line can be a bit Ling. Service is never disappointing. Order has been correct every time. I've never felt rushed to order & employees are very polite & respectful.

Good customer service and didn't take long for what I ordered
They, at first shorted us on our white hot chocolates, but then made us two new ones, and let us keep the firsts, and gave us a gift card, so we were super pleased. They were tasty too.
Server was pleasant, they served me a good cafe mocha, and it was a pleasant day to sit outside and read the mail while I drank it.
