Listen, I know what you’re thinking. Who 5 starts a chain pizza place? Well let me tell you a story. There I was just wanting to break my diet and eat 10,000 calories because I don’t have any mirrors in my room so it’s not like I have to look at myself afterwards, when I open my pizza box to find.. you guessed it.. a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni on it. I mean honestly, what am I, a 6 year old? Absolutely not. So I call them up and they tell me I’ll get a free pizza next time I order. Well sure enough the time once again came when I was feeling like whaling out the Parmesan cheese. I call them up again to get my pizza, my stuffed bread, and chicken wings because I need these calories like the moon needs another crater. The lady on the other end says, “One moment please. Okay great, to make up for last time…” ya da ya da. Your whole order is free. So yeah. That’s the sort of problem solving, customer retaining, business earning behavior that gets your common pizza chain a 5 star rating.
you took my order over call in service..wasnt offered any specials charged me 71 dollars i even tipped 5 dollars then you forgot the soda2xs had to come back i requested pricing from darrel the store manager (yucaipa ca darrel)who told me sorry the driver left we cant give you that info..i found out it should have been 51$ so i guess your company is doing so bad you need to steal by fraud..i used to order all the time..now you lose and i know alot of people in.my town..so for 20 bucks your rep gets a hit. james morrissey. 909 492 4628

I had an awful experience using Groupon for Papa John's! But.....the manager from Papa John's IS AMAZING! He was so professional and genuine....He couldn't fix what groupon did but he made it right on his end. He surely needs a raise! Wonderful manager!
Cold. Ordered extra garlic sauce and paid for that wasn't delivered. New phone service is horrible. I feel bad for the delivery people. Won't be ordering anything anytime soon after today
One stupid one topping pizza after 20 percent tip costme 25 dollars....never again..by the way, my delivery driver was so awesome, pizza made perfect..store is closed and still he brought my pizza correct....thank you!!

There are many different places to eat pizza ? in Yucaipa, save your money and skip this place you will thank me for the heads up trust me!
