Not very happy with Panda Express on Yucaipa Blvd lately. The portions are getting really small and food stays sitting for to long. One of the bowls we ordered had a really small portion of the beef and broccoli so I asked if they can add a little more and they gave me a small container of beef and broccoli in stead but they barely put any thing in it, you can literally see the bottom of the container. Customer service was ok.

Manager and staff are rude. We kept trying to give this place a chance because it was the only one near us. Everytime something is wrong. They are ALWAYS out of stuff and don't want to make it even if you say you'll wait.. then get get rude. Every single time.So glad the one off cherry valley is open. Everyone there is always friendly. Don't get me wrong they are always running out of stuff also, but they ask if you don't mind waiting... I have had to wait 15-20 minutes for chow mein 2x now. However they are always super apologetic and friendly. Which is all I ask for

We ordered through drive thru and we were the second only car in line. Ordered cub meal and 1 bigger plate. They gave us our order and said have a good day. We just turned at the end of the drive thru and noticed our beef was missing we make a u-turn and go back and they state they didn't have any beef ready. Assuming they must have given it away they made us wait 6min in the parking area. Don't normally go to panda express and with this I don't think I'll go again. Small portions anyhow for 11$

Horrible service, turned my 10 year old away after going through drive through to grab food.Would not allow her to use the restroom.Do not use this establishment.Bad customer service and food was not good either.

Hit or miss...thats what happens at this Panda Express in Yucaipa,Cal.We seldom order here for that reason.Today there was absolutely no one in the drive thru line and we still needed to wait in the parking lot 25 minutes to get our food.They also said they "had no change" so exact amount or credit card was needed.We ordered three combination plates and all three had different portion amounts of rice,chow mein and the two entrees-the food was ok though.When they are on top of their service and food,this Panda Express is acceptable-but you never know how it will be-unfortunately they are not consistent....#pandaexpress #chinesefastfood #teriyakichicken #broccolibeef #yucaipa #fastfood #candobetter #hitormiss

The worst restaurant I've personally ever been to. Panda is my sons favorite, so we go from time to time. The last 5 out 6 times I've tried here they are out of orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. The staff always says "you could wait 20mins for us to make some more". Side note the staff are always friendly. While that is a reasonable amount of time for food in a sit-down restaurant, not fast food ordered in a drive thru.

Be careful at this Panda. They will forget items, and not refund you. There is no customer service. On New Year’s Eve my son went to purchase the family a meal. When he got home, we were missing the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, and they forgot one of our items. I immediately called them, but no one would answer. I called them again about 20 minutes later and no one answered. I called them the next day a couple of different times and again no one answered. So, I finally had a chance a few days later on January 5th at 1:50pm to go visit their store, because it really bugged me that I paid for something that I never got. I was not allowed to come inside so I had to plead my case to a lady over the microphone ordering system. So, I began to share my situations to the lady about receiving no sauce for my entre (that should have had the sauce automatically included), and for forgetting an item I had ordered, and that I had tried to immediately contact someone, but no one ever answered. She told me that I should have come back down that night. REALLY!!! I told her that this was supposed to be our family meal, so they wanted me to leave my family and let my meal get cold, waste a gallon of my gas, not to mention 20 minutes of my time, then get back into line to hopefully have them give me what they should have given me in the first place. She said yes, or I should have called. I quickly reminded her that I tried, but no one would answer. She then got ugly and she just told me that she had no way of telling if I was telling the truth and I could just be someone trying to get free food, so she said she could do nothing. I told her I was telling her the truth and I did everything I thought I should have short of jumping back in my car. She again started raising her voice and said “You waited too long, I’m not refunding you or giving you anything”. I told her I was going to call corporate and she said “Go ahead, I don’t care”. I told her I had my receipt. I heard nothing, so I drove around to the tinted window and waved my receipt hoping someone would come talk to me, but sadly no one did. I left very sad, and hurt. All is I can say is that I have lived in Yucaipa my whole life, I’m over 60 years old, I am also very well regarded and respected in Yucaipa as well, and I have never been treated with such dis-respect at a restaurant. Just an FYI, I am the type of person who will wave down my waitress to tell them they forgot to charge me something on my receipt. I am exceptionally honest, but it does go both ways for me. I also will go and tell someone if they have overcharged me, which was the case at this Panda. All the places I have had this happen to me have been very kind and apologetic, not Panda. Not once did she apologize, she just accused me of being a crook. So sad. So here is my advice to everyone that does not want the same thing to happen to them. Hold everyone up in line and take the time to check everything in your bag, because if you leave and they forgot something you ordered and paid for, your only choice is to go back and hope they refund you or give you your item. Otherwise, they will just keep your money, and not care one bit if they basically ripped you off.

Drive thru take home, food burnt and old. Dont reccommend drive thru unless you are prepared to go back. Poor service and food over cooked.

This Panda is terrible. They’re always out of everything, and it takes forever if you do wait to get your food, or they forget about you. Then when you finally get your food it’s cold and mushy. Today was the last time I will go there, as usual they were out of everything, then our food was disgusting. The onions were chewy, like it was just eating the peels, and everything tasted like burnt plastic. The chicken wasn’t cooked and all the meat was mushy. I’m not a picky person at all and tried to power though but it was so gross my family and I just couldn’t eat it. We’ve been to this panda a lot giving it lots of chances but every time is just worse than the last. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I never even take the time to leave a bad review, so just that is saying a lot. Save your money and go to Thai express down the boulevard instead.
