I placed an online order on to take home on Saturday and ordered my usual quarter pounder with cheese. I was so disappointed to find out that there was not one single fresh onion on my burger!! That’s what makes this burger so good!! It was not good … definitely needed the onions.Train your employees!!!!
We were coming for a shamrock shake. Who knew they would be closed at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night on spring break weekend LOL in the end we thought we were just head back to Stater Brothers Yucaipa and the Yucaipa McDonald's was open and we all got our sandwich. Yucaipa McDonald's is practically right up the road. I took us about 6 minutes to buy a car. I think from here on out we're going to start favoring downtown Yucaipa LOL ??
I never get my order right I order a happy meal and a big Mac meal all the time I have food allergies I tell them no cheese in my big Mac all the time they put cheese then the sodas tested carbonated I call the manager a she said Sorry next time you come we replaced she take my name when I go again I tell them I spoke with the manager and I have my receipt they said is nothing written in the book
Terrible experience. They are very rude even the manager. An elderly couple was politely waiting for creamer and sugar for the coffees they were handed. They were ignores for over 5 minutes and I finally asked for her and they said she will get it with her food yelling at me. All the other customers gave a thumbs up saying I did a good job. Then the cashier seemed like she hated her job.
I know it's not healthy to eat fast food but once in a while is ok! This one day we were fasting for blood work and we had to go somewhere that took longer than expected, by the time we were done our stomachs were hurting from hunger, we stopped here & got a couple fish sandwiches & they really hit the spot, stopped the pain and tasted SO GOOD. So once in a while is a good thing☺️
I understand the morning rush and the goal is to get everything out as quickly as possible but there should be some quality control to make sure the order is correct. I ordered an Egg McMuffin without canadian bacon to ensure that the food is made fresh and warm. What I received had canadian bacon and it was cold. I have no idea how long ago it had been made. So instead of a nice warm meal to start my day, I got something cold that I didn't order.Do better McDonalds. There should be a shift manager or someone overseeing the orders are going out correctly. Work better, not faster.
There was nobody at lobby and they have a sign to order at kiosk which was not user friendly. We did not get condiments, got to the front and they kept insisting that we did get it.
This is the new normal here 20 cars deep cannot walk in and order and they have no reason to not be able to have customers inside there are no covid restrictions in our county just go anywhere else in town these clown will also screw your order up for free
They hustle here. The dine in is closed still. So they work the window hard.
It's McDonald's... tasty, but who can say what's really in the food?
