Went the other night before they closed a new worker wearing glasses gave me not one but 2 Undercooked pizzas and I asked for both of them WELL DONE. I then asked for a pizza to be Crazy all Over and he only brushed on the butter not the rest of the Crazy all Over. Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service to both Gentlemen that close the Yucaipa location down during the week days and weekends. I reccomend you stop going here and take your business to Domino's where you will get a pizza how you ask and not undercooked unless a dumb employee that don't pay attention is working like here at the Yucaipa Little Caesars Location
LOL.. Thought I would come on here and leave a review of my terrible experience, and I see all these one star reviews! It’s hilarious to me after all these terrible reviews nothing has changed. Management must be struggling, they should just switch up management.Ordered a double pepperoni, received a cheese pizza, drove all the way back because of course the one time I don’t check the pizza it’s wrong. Was on hold before driving back for 10 minutes with no answer. Drove back and along with attitude I received a pizza but it was most definitely not double pepperoni.Honestly should’ve known better then to go to any establishment in this little plaza. Just won’t go back, sad to see what is near Chapman heights LOL.Definitely understaffed but in this economy every establishment is understaffed. It’s sad to see.Also worth mentioning, my sister drove back for me since I’m pregnant and at this point was eating at home and I was trying to call while she was in the store and she mentioned the phone never rang.They must just have the ringer off.
I've been to this place over and over and there service is horrible there never some to take orders they say there systems are always down they have pizzas all in the oven but can't sell any or take any orders makes no sense. I would call management and complain and ask what's going on with this place but this place has to be the bay far the worst pizza spot in Yucaipa and San Bernardino County. Horrible management and horrible service and never open.
Ordered on little ceasar app was to be delivered by doordash. The tracking showed driver was at store as I waited tracking showed order canceled no explanation. I tried to call they never answered. I had to call customer service to get refund still no explanation why.
Tonight I ordered through a food delivery app and got a classic cheese pizza. I read several reviews about this location being chronically understaffed and can tell my food was affected by this. For one, my pizza has little to no red sauce which is insane because I shouldn't have to pay more in order to get red sauce on the side. Secondly, by the time my food got to me, it wasn't hot, heck, it wasn't even warm!! Before anyone blame my delivery driver, she only had a 6 minute drive to bring it to me so if it had been hot, or even warm, it would have still been that way by the time it got to my house. Finally, my pizza was sad. It was regular crust but you would have thought it was thin crust because the entire pizza was so deflated! However, I do NOT blame most of the workers at Little Caesars. Instead, I blame the supervisor, managers and owner. How dare you allow this location to work so understaffed and put the responsibility on customers to have to pay more if they want an edible meal. Higher ups at this location are so greedy that they refuse to hire the correct amount of people so customers are served with their proper orders. The cheese on my cheese pizza wasn't even fully melted, that proves this pizza was NEVER warm. Do not blame regular workers for this, blame the owners, managers and supervisors who overwork their staff to the point that their staff cannot give the proper care to each meal coming of their kitchen. What a shame. I guarantee this place will be closed in the next 5 years because so many customers will be rightfully upset for being served stone-cold food that cost them.
Absolute RUDEST management ever, assuming she's actually the manager. One poor kid working while everyone's on break, in front of the store smoking. She pops her head in a says "just don't take anymore orders until I get back". Proceeds to finish her cigarette, then come in and tell a line of people she still has 10 minutes left if her break and goes to the back to finish her FaceTime call. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name. Do better Little Caesars.
Store is consistently understaffed. I feel very bad for the employees here. Orders take an extremely long time to be ready due to how short staffed they are.
This place takes forever and has slow workers put it like this (they don’t take their job serious )Ovens not even stock with pizza ready they need ppl who like to work and start firing the ones who slack this place and be making more money if they were faster
Tried to place and order online, said online ordering was unavailable. called to place an order, waited longer than 10 minutes on hold and they never answered. Great service.
Good experiences for the most part. I've had a few instances here and there like the last time I ordered, my food was handed to a different customer that order way after me but every place has their failures...
