I have visited this Jersey Mike's a few times over the last year. The employees always make a good tasting sandwich following my requests for toppings. My favorite sandwich is the turkey and provolone on wheat. Everything on my sandwich always tastes fresh. The employees at this location are always courteous and fast. This location has always been very clean every time I have visited.
Food taste great! Servers are very friendly. It's not subway, so it cost a little more but worth it.

Unprofessional. Ordered online and they hadn’t even started til after I arrived. Meanwhile they had another online order ready that wasn’t to be picked up for 45 minutes. Zero stars.

Just terrible. Placed an order through the app. It wasn’t even started when we arrived. Took almost 30 minutes to make 3 regular sandwiches and there were three employees standing there chatting and taking their time. All the people in line had their orders before us. They made an employee his meal before ours all the while still chatting. That’s really poor customer service. We might as well have waited in line and would’ve gotten our order quicker. On top of that, they made my mom’s sandwich wrong. Seriously? Hire employees that know what they are doing.

We received the completely wrong order, not to mention we paid to upgrade avocado and got none. We attempted to contact the franchise several times with no return. We have requested a refund for at least the items we did not receive. After receiving no response we escalated our issue to corporate, they notified us they do not deal with these issues and sent the issue to the local franchise. We still have heard nothing back. It is safe to say we will no longer be supporting this franchise at all. I understand mistakes happen, but this was more than a mistake. And on top of that none of our attempts to fix the problem have been answered.
