Great alternative to that other coffee shop. The line is sometimes long (so get here in the early morning), but people are willing to wait because it's so good. I got the Golden Eagle and the Cocomo.
I love this place. Their "caramelizer freeze, picture perfect" is me and my girlfriend's go to drink when we visit this place. Definitely an amazing place with far superior quality coffee and service than it's competitors. Starbucks is far below the quality that Dutch bros has, and their staff is way nicer. Always a long line to get what you want, but totally worth the wait.
Finally drove by and the line wasn't wrapped around the building. Now I know why it always is. Drinks were fantastic. Snickerdoddle wasn't ordered by me but tried it and it was ?. I Got one of the Rebel Energy drinks and it was amazing as well. Definitely coming back to try some more.

Well let me start by saying that I have been a Starbucks customer for over 25 years and I have to say that these guys are right up there for me. The menu is satisfying yet streamlined and simple and the drink quality is excellent. For those of you who like extremely strong coffee you might find Starbucks and other locations still more to your liking but I will be honest and say that the customer service at Dutch Brothers Coffee far exceeds any customer service I have received at Starbucks in the last 2 years. If all coffee places had this type of customer service the world would be a much better place! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful in any way they could and I actually acted like they loved their job and that they actually enjoyed working in didn't seem inconvenienced. During these times that means a lot and the type of service they have provided means even more. I will definitely be spending a lot more time and money here and I guess that's too bad for other Coffee locations because they just don't offer the quality and customer service that this place does. Great job guys and keep up the good work, you've got a new customer and I will continue to stick around as long as you keep doing what you do the way that you do it.
Our Yucaipa location opened towards the end of 2021, and has been very busy/popular! I have been during different times and days- there's consistently a line, BUT it does move! I'm trying to taste all of the items on their menu, but so far, I have only had a few of their coffee drinks, a few smoothies, and a few of their milkshakes. My favorite so far is anything molten lava! But I find them all (so far) very delicious! Their staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me, especially since I'm not always sure what I want when I pull up to make my order. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to listen and recommend. On my most recent trip I was able to get a free medium drink with my rewards and they were kind enough to give me a pup-cup (pupaccino) for my dog at home that included extra dog biscuits! I wish I had taken a photo of the beautiful treat, but my dog woofed it down faster than I could get my camera out!
Update: They contacted me and fixed the issue. Much appreciated. Giving them 5 stars for the customer service response team.They ran out of ingredients to make the drinks. But decided not to tell us until we were at the window that they switched out for 1/2 n 1/2. Two of the drinks were the wrong flavor and none of them were blended all the way. Multiple times did we get giant ice pieces. Dutch Bros do better. At least tell people as they’re ordering you’re out of an ingredient instead of switching it out/ not saying anything till we notice. Bought 3 drinks at the Yucaipa Location around 4:23pm. Cotton Candy (2x) and a Dream Weaver (1x) which they didn’t even remember to put the coffee in.
A little out of the way with me living in Temecula but it was worth the drive. The drinks were perfect and the customer service was amazing. My friends had amazing drinks and my iced Americano was class. Would make the hour drive again. Yes, we drive an hour just to get a drink and then drove back.
I stopped at Dutch Bros in Yucaipa on my way out of town to head home. I have never been to one and was told their coffee is awesome. I told the girl it was my first time and what to suggest. She told me the popular drink was the golden eagle. I have to say it is really really good. But to top it off after taking my order she said it was on the house. WHAT??!!?? That was so cool. Starbucks has never done anything like that. The girl who took my order and the one who brought me my drink were both amazing. I will say when I come back this way I will be back.
As a first time visitor I would compare the line and wait to that of In n Out. The staff is friendly and quick to take orders it's just the wait to get your item is about 15-25 mins long. Possibly short staffed today but I don't know. Also with the very small menu board and the stress of wanting to order and go with a long line behind you, there is no time to truly appreciate the full course of options they provide as per their website as a firsty. The drink I got was good, a passion fruit watermelon green tea called passion water.This is more a 3 1/2 star review, I would go back again but only after really knowing what I want or willing to spend the money to try. Also after finding out better traffic hours
