All new staff, clean, free ice cream too! Fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend giving this place a second chance if you ever ordered with the previous owners! Quick ordering and service!
So happy that the Yucaipa Dickie's BBQ is under new management. We had previously gone 3 times with the old management and the food and service was terrible so we gave up going. We heard that there were new owners so we gave it another try. We were not disappointed. The service was great. The new employees were nice, helpful, and quick. The food, well it was how Dickies BBQ should be, delicious! I had a 3 meat plate with brisket, turkey, and jalapeño cheddar sausage with mac & cheese and backed potato casserole. All the meat was cooked to perfection and the sides were great too. My wife got the baked potato with brisket. It was big and piled with meat, she couldn't finish it. We will definitely be back.
Came here with my friend last month. The place was clean, great ambiance. Average bbq, a bit pricey for me. The lady at the counter was really nice though. They have a free ice cream cone, which was nice of them. Parking - lots of parking Restroom - a bit dark but clean.
Updated from 1 star to 5 stars. The NEW management of this Yucaipa location is awesome! Now, orders are being fulfilled at lightning speed and their hours have been reverted back to normal (11 AM to 9 PM daily). Excellent meats: BBQ pork ribs, pulled pork, pork burnt ends, brisket, chicken, turkey breast, kielbasa, and sandwiches. They have wings here too! Order your protein with sides of barbecue beans, spinach, mac & cheese, waffle fries, cabbage [cole] slaw, potato salad, green beans, fried onions or okra, or a Caesar salad. They have decadent desserts too: pecan pie, a big brownie, and chocolate chunk cookies. They have a kid's menu and kids eat free on Sundays with a $12 per adult purchase (dine-in only). If you're thirsty, they sell huge yellow cups you can fill up with too. Ask about catering and family packs!
We ordered 2 sandwiches, a brisket and a pulled pork. Both were tasty, but the brisket was best. Also, you HAVE to have their ‘onion tanglers’ (super thin onion ring strands) - sometimes I stop in just for an order of those ! Also love that they have a soft serve ice cream machine (self serve) - so order yourself a root beer and create your own float !
The owner allowed us to have a rehearsal dinner there. The food was great and the staff was awesome. So much better now that it's under new ownership.

Orders place online are always wrong, they do not offer curbside as stated. And they are always closed before 7pm. They say and update their hrs to 9 online and 730 in person but are never open past 7pm. I have only actually been able to order and receive food 3 times in as many years.
We made an online purchase on 3/25/22. This is our third time here and each time has been horrible. There has never been hand soap in the restrooms or paper each time I have been there. Their reply has always been that they were in the process of taking care of that. I am assuming that it is the owners who are working since it is an older couple in their 60's who are always there with no help. The pulled pork meal was supposed to include a "Big cup" and a dinner roll as it mentioned online, but instead we got "lil cups" and no dinner rolls, not to mention that the serving portions here are much smaller than any other Dickey's I have been to. The food was cold (my husband arrived early for our order). We had the wrong sides. When I called the store to let them know about our order, I was told that it was not their fault that my husband had not checked the meals before leaving. They were rude and told me to sue them if I was not happy with my order. Please do not waste your time here.Terrible, horrible service. I will drive out to the one in Beaumont from now on.
My husband and I chose to have a “special” meal for Easter dinner just he and I. Aware of some of the bad reviews, we decided to give this spot a chance. Unfortunately, it did not impress in the slightest bit. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was just crazy.We ordered online, and not only was our order progress never updated, when we arrived at the designated time to pick up our order, lights appeared to be off along with their OPEN sign. So, we got something else to eat and drove home. My husband and I made the mistake of not calling first, however it was Easter, so our initial thought was that they were closed.When we got home about a half and hour later, they called us to tell us our order waiting (very rudely might I add) and that they were waiting for us. We mentioned that we saw that the open sign was closed and again, rudely, they responded “you should have called”. They said we would be charged anyway. So my husband picked up the food. We saved the meal for the next day, only to find out upon opening our meals that the order was incorrect AND that the portions were horrifyingly small. Like… unbelievably small. We spent $50 on this meal and the meat portions were a shock.Needless to say, we will not be going here ever again. Shame on you, customer service. Do better.
