In the last month or two, I wasn't given my drink with my combo meal coupon, then my caregiver wasn't given her fries! Why? Please make sure you get everything you paid for before driving away! Also, bean burritos aren't as creamy as they used to be and the food does not look like the pictures in ads! I want my burritos round and full like the pictures! Always a disappointment when you see what you get vs what was pictured! Is this false advertisement?
I have been going to this Del Taco for over 20 years and in the last 6 to 7 months the quailty of the food has gotten really bad. This every morning I get a ice coffee and hot coffee with maybe an egg roller and hash browns. Today I think was my last trip as the hot coffee was burnt, the hash browns are oil logged and the ice coffee taste like water with creamer in it. I really am not happy about having to write a bad review but I feel after getting this level of quailty now for about the 10 time in a row its to much. to me they seem under staffed and the food taste like it was made hours ago and is just sitting waiting to be handed out the window. Until things change in the level of the quailty of the food and the freshness of it I wont be coming back.
It's a really busy location a lot of the time, it must be exhausting yet they still do their best to check your order and get everything right. They're very efficient at the ordering intercom, and very nice at the window.
I work at Wienerschnitzel next door went for lunch food was terrible my crunchtostada was all broken just thrown in box was very un satisfied.
I really hope they change. My son convinced me to try again. My combination burrito...or what's supposed to be a burrito I'm really trying to be supportive but if you drive through or order delivery you're taking your chances. Lucky I had straws at home for the shakes. I can't make this up ....
I am addicted to the donut bites. I'm homeless and broke right now but everyday I'm pulling together $1.39 for my sugar fix. My only complaint is the wait times inside are insane. We waited half an hour once. But other than that keep up the good work!
The people that work here (mostly) are friendly. I've ate there about 5-6 times now and the food is always okay-ish. Sometimes it's stale, fries that taste like they've been under a heater for half a day or tortillas that are unusually hard.
Absolute garbage.It’s not unusual to get sub par quality food here in all honesty. I come to this location more than others because of its proximity. My most recent purchase was a Cali bacon without sour cream (in which I got the completely wrong burrito. I received some queso thing instead) the chili cheese fries were made with under cooked fries, like biting into a raw potato. The drinks were filled to the lid with ice. The only thing that was actually good was the red burrito. Can’t believe they got the brass to charge 20 dollars for this garbage. The Calimesa location isn’t far away and is so much better, go there instead.
