Ordered through mobile phone. When I arrived it was nice, hot, and ready. They did forget the hot sauce, but it was fine since we got to try a different type of spicy sauce that they gave us and it was pretty good too. Food's always great just like the cheerful employees. Oh and happy 1st anniversary as seen on the chalkboard.
Not a lot of variety, but you know what you want when you go there. Staff always so nice- it's their pleasure when you say thank you. For me, it's all about the Honey Roasted BBQ.
Love this chick fil A. I come here for breakfast, the one more closer to where I live don't serve breakfast. Customer service is great. When they ask for a name for the order they are sure to address you by your name when speaking to you. And they always get my order correct.

Most of the time ...Chick-fil-A are one top of everything. But this time. They brought us our food, the fries looked delicious but they were warm and they forgot my sandwich so we let them know if they could make it for me and I also asked for Mayo and forgot that too. They were little stingy with the napkins so we asked for more. I told my daughter to start eating without me so her food wouldn't get cold. Was surprised that they forgot to make my sandwich. Oh well I still love your Restaurant.! But was sad I had to wait a bit for my sandwich.
This place has been refreshingly different to eat at. The Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich and a salad have been my go to. I cannot forget the amazing sweet tea, it's my fave! ?
Recently went to this location with several others. We dined in and waited for our food. The order was incorrect. I went to the counter and spoke with one of the supervisors, politely telling them we were missing several items from our order. The supervisor took the receipt and we waited another 10 or 15 minutes. We received nothing. I went up a second time and said I wanted a refund because it was taking way too long to replenish items that should have already been with our order the first time. They proceeded to tell me I needed a receipt when they themselves had taken the receipt. It seems they were too caught up in their own conversation to even pay attention to customer service. Allegedly I was supposed to have gotten a refund and did not for the items I did not receive. I wanted this experience to be good for me and those that I went with, but I would not recommend this location to anyone and give caution to those that dine in or take out to please make sure they look at the receipt before they leave.
Maybe it's the new staff and new workers, but it's unfortunate that I have to say this location no longer has exceptional customer service that you would expect from Chick fil a. Unfortunately, our order has been messed up several times. I mean it's fast food, orders will be messed up sometimes, but the customer service to fix these issues is unsatisfactory. The staff seems to be nonchalant about their mistakes despite the consequences. Small ettique issues at this location as well almost every time: one or no napkins, forgetting sauces, ruining gluten free orders, wrong items and more. They are reluctant to give proper compensation versus a place like In N Out.
My friend, his girlfriend and I all grabbed some food here Saturday the 26th, a few hours late we all started getting sick with slight fever, dehydration and diarrhea. It is possible we contracted food poisoning. My purpose isn’t to make a bad review because the food here is good, only to make sure the employees monitor the food a little better if possible
