If you're into extremely hot salsa, this is the place for you. There is no medium. We've been here several times because the rice melts in your mouth and the food is generally very good. The service is also usually good too. The only complaint is the salsa is tooo hot, especially for folks with sensitive stomachs or GERD, but still enjoy a little spice. We were told it's because the owner likes it that way. Maybe they could take customers into consideration and make a milder version too.

Our server was very slow and kept forgetting our drink refills. When we got the bill there was a mandatory tip of $50.00. When we asked about it, they pointed to a sign that said gratuity will be added. I really don’t think that’s legal. Tipping is not mandatory and is based on the customers experience. $50.00 is a lot and was definitely not in our budget. The manager wouldn’t budge because she had already ran our card. On top of that, there was a line for an additional tip on the signature slip! I wonder how many people don’t check their receipt to notice that mandatory tip and still give them more. For that reason alone, we won’t be back.
The food is AMAZIING, AND Nate the Bartender is great
This is authentic Mexican food. Not taco bell. Delicious plates. Great service and a great atmosphere. The salsa is very spicy, probably the best ever. The Chili Relleno is a great dish here, as well as the enchiladas and tacos. If you drink, there is also a full bar with many specials.

Well, it was Saturday night and the pandemia ... we were told a 15 minute wait, turned out to be 35 minutes. Even though several tables were unoccupied, they were slow in santizing them. The food was very traditional Americanized Mexican food, the salsa was OK, not very hot, the service was OK.
why have i not heard of this place? been here for 20 yes !! love it! great food, great service, great drinks!! i will be back sunday. menudo!!!
