This CJs location is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, other times not great. The food generally tastes OK, but I've had a lot of mistakes on my orders over the years. I think what bothers me the most is the pricing game they play. If you don't pay attention, you end up paying more for your food based on how you say it. With 1-2 exceptions, I've had to instruct the cashier on how I want to order to get the lower price, even though the food I get is exactly the same. This difference can be up to 30-40%. Pay attention.
Had a late lunch here today. The Beyond Famous Star was char broiled and delightful. I opted to get the waffle fries which were pretty good. One of them had a fishy taste to it and I ended up discarding it.Otherwise, I had a great visit.Before I went vegan I used to visit Carl's Jr all the time. After trying Carl's beyond burger I'm definitely going to be back.

BEWARE! If you are going to use a coupon at the drive thru do NOT tell them til you get to the window. The BOGO on breakfast burritos will be a HUGE rip off. They have two sizes. The bogos are half the size, so you get exactly the same quantity of food either way. NOT A DEAL if you tell them at the order board. Both burritos combined were way smaller than one the Epic at Del Taco
Dont order online for store pick up doors are always locked had to sit in drive thru over 40min to pick up online order. Workers don't care!
You're average Carl's with above average service. Window lady was super cheerful and happy to serve. That's always nice
Great customer service!All staff was fantastic. They over charged me by accident. Corrected right away and went above and beyond to make things right. Very apologetic for the error. Food was great as well. Best carl's I've been in so far.
I've tried to eat here several times but they can't seem to decide which hours they will use I've shown up 30 minutes before closing and they are always closed. The other night (Thursday) I got there at 10:30 and the two ladies in the restaurant just kept staring over at the drive-thru. I assumed they were working their way over but after 5 minutes - nothing. How about just walking over to say they closed early? They should just post that they close between 10:20 - 10:35 instead of 11.
