Having been a Togo sandwich lover many years ago - and always ordering my favorite #9, I was very disappointed today when I visited your establishment today. I ordered the #9, and I always remember how loaded with pastrami this sandwich used to be. Today, my sandwich had a few slices of pastrami and lots of veggies instead, and the bread was dry. For the price of $11.36 plus change (for a small sandwich); I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.On a positive note, Justine, the server was really friendly - her customer service skills are excellent. I just wish my sandwich had been better.
I would like to set a complaint about this store. I placed an order online through the website, I didn't notice it was an 1hr away from me, and I called to cancel the order. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she will give me a refund, it would take 3 days, she was going to leave a message for her manager to process the refund. Because she told me I would be getting the refund, I did not drive 1hr to pick up the sandwiches. The next day the "manager" calls me and tells me he will not be processing the refund. I did not receive goods and that store kept my money. I am owed a refund. If I knew that the "manager" was going to decline my refund then I would have drove and pickup up the food. 3 sandwiches total $38.68.

Yuba City Togo's is actually really good. Work locally and this is one of me regular spots during the week.
Food was good. Short chick shorted me $5. Double check your change before leaving counter.
