Never ordering from Taco Bell on Colusa Avenue in Yuba City, CA again! This is the second time they got our order wrong and we were missing a bunch of items! Last time was a pick-up order, they forgot 6 crunchy tacos. This time was a delivery order where they forgot 2 white hot ranch fries orders, 2 cinnamon twists orders, 1 chips and cheese order. They said they don't do refunds on App orders because they "can't". They said come back and mention the manager's name to get your missing items free. Yeah, so we can take the chance of them doing something gross or bad to our food out of spite? I don't think so! Also, last time we weren't told when our PAID FOR pickup order was ready, when we went to pick up they said it wasn't completely paid for and they tried to charge the "remaining amount owed" to our other card even though we had already paid for it online. We don't recommend this location AT ALL, but if you do decide to give them a chance PLEASE do not order from any apps and check your order upon receiving then decide what you personally want to do if they messed up.
50/50 chance of getting your order right at this location its hit or miss honestly. But what do you expect it's taco Bell
I asked for extra red sauce and instead got zero red sauce and no sauce packets even though she said they were in the bag. :(

It's taco bell. What is there to say? It's Americanized Mexican food that is affordable and tasty. Drive through service was great.
