I called to place an order. The woman who answered was extremely rude right off the bat. I tried to place an order for pickup for in an hour, she said "probably wont have it ready but we'll see" and kept cutting me off. I was trying to give my toppings and she kept interrupting.After I tried to order potato salad (they have different sizes on their site) and she rudely told me they only have one size even though the site says otherwise.Then I try to order a salad and tell her the toppings (again on the site it asks for this) and rudely interrupts and says I will make my own salad once I'm there and before I could even finish rest of my order she's trying to give me my total and end the call.Usually I really enjoy this Sylvio's and it's my go to spot for pizza but after her attitude I just decided to cancel the whole order.
I love Sylvio’s pizza but we stopped going after we repeatedly were given pizza with the cheese barely melted. I even ask the employee over the phone if the pizza can be left in a little longer to which I always get a response of “definitely.” We got a cheese pizza with olives on it last weekend after not ordering for a few months and once again the cheese was barely melted. I’m not sure what’s happening? The traditional sticks are always cooked perfectly. Why can’t the pizza cheese be melted the same? Also, we have stopped ordering the Buffalo wings because they will not coat the wings in sauce, but will just provide you will the sauce you ordered on the side. I also have asked why they started doing this and the reason they gave was that many customers were complaining either too much or too little sauce was on the wings. They resorted to this method to allow the customer to have their desired amount of sauce on the wings. Just saying- you order wings from restaurants for the convenience of the wings being cooked and coated.Anyways, I will still go back every so often to see if any improvements were made.

Really upset with the service we got tonight. We went to the website, saw what we wanted and my husband called and ordered. According to their website, the meat madness calzones were $7. When they told my husband the total when he got there, he questioned it because it was more than we thought. He was told he was stupid, the price was $11.50. He told them they should check their website because the prices on it were wrong. The guy behind the counter, the owners son, said, do you really think my dad is that stupid to only charge $7?? We gladly would've paid $11, they were very good. But because of this little pr*ck, we will never go back. Owners son or not, treat your customers better. Without them, it doesn't matter how good your food is.
Delivery. To pizza. Excellent. Ordered cauliflower med.crust. Vegetarian. W Xtra cheese. Salad. Soda. Glad your in my area. I highly recommend. Hve had calzone 1 time north. In store. Salad bar. Delicious. Now I order. And cauliflower crust to boot. ? I will be back ?

I recently ordered a medium Mediterranean Chicken pizza and 6 piece BBQ wings. The order came right when they said it would and both items were still hot. Pizza was great and the flavor was just as expected. The wings on the other hand...totally and utterly a disappointment. Tiny oversauced wings. The sauce was passable but definitely needed the one side of ranch to help eat them. Only one "drumstick" and the rest just bones and skin.They need to find another vendor for their wings. You will find a better and meatier selection of wings from the frozen food section of any grocery store ( even Target and Walmart have better). Didn't even finish half. Boo on you Sylvios! I know your a pizza place, but get some bigger, juicier wings! That's why people order out, to get a better option than just buying it at the store.Frustrated one time only customer. ?
