The bread was very good but that’s all I could taste I ordered a roast beef sandwich with extra meat and there was maybe two pieces on each half of the sandwich and I paid for extra meat the bread was good since that’s all I could taste I will never go back and I would not recommend this place to anybody and I paid $16 for it should’ve paid five because that’s what it was worth!!!!!
Food is mediocre at best. Over priced and bland tasting. I ordered the French dip. The au jus sauce lacked flavor. No intentions on returning. Pretty disappointing.
Been there twice and the bread is Awesome. the Turkey and roast beef are tasty..
Ordered the Caprese sandwich. Will NOT do that again. The only thing good was the bread; tasted like mayo, string lettuce and there was no balsamic glaze as it advertised.
Idk but the brisket sandwich tasted really really bad and that’s all I’ve ever had there. I don’t think I finished it and I used to be homeless and eat out of garbage cans. Just saying.
Customer service was awful! I went to get 3 sandwiches; in which, I confirmed with the cashier that she had 3 sandwiches and she said yes. When I went to pick up my order there were only 2! I told the girl and she made me wait in line AGAIN and pay and WAIT all over again!!! The other night similar incident took place. I love Sourdough and Co and I have had excellent service in Roseville and I’m disappointed that if I want to eat here again I have to travel 45 minutes. Yuba city customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!
Had this for dinner on our way home from a trip and just had to comment, this was my first time trying. Great food, their cookies are yummy and gigantic. They gave us the wrong salads but the girl let us keep them and made the correct ones in a jiffy. Some kind of ham salad, will be saving for lunch soon. Friendly staff, they looked overwhelmed but were quick to correct their mistakes. We were greeted right at the door and the girl who took our order was sweet and patient and helped us choose the right meal. Clean restaurant with a great ambience. Would recommend for locals, wish we had one in Stockton!!
As a doordasher I will never come here again. I checked in for the order I was there to pick up. The cashier was not happy I was a delivery driver and was rude to me. I asked what the estimated wait time was. She said she had no idea. I think she may have had a few hard customers or a bad day. I wait for 30 minutes and ask again what the wait time is and she says they are working on the order. Meanwhile every walk in or call in customer gets served in a few minutes time. After 40 minutes the order is ready. I ask the same girl if doordash is made after every other order and she said yes, food delivery app orders are the last priority. So potentially you could be waiting until the location closes if they have steady walk in or call in customers. The doordash customer was super upset with the restaurant and me as the driver. They made it very clear that they wouldn’t be ordering from this restaurant again. As someone who comes in with family or gets it for work meetings at my office job I will also not be returning to pick up orders through doordash or as a customer. The girl I spoke to 3 different times had no reason to be rude or confrontational. I didn’t raise my voice, confront her, or say anything I feel would influence her reactions. As I was leaving she followed me to the door and kept saying it wasn’t her fault. If this is the owner or manager’s rule it isn’t your fault. But when I asked you twice instead of saying you’re working on it be honest and say doordash is the last order you are making and I could’ve been there for even longer than the 40 minute I was waiting. Also I think it’s gross that she was fixing her hair and picking up the phone with the same gloves she was touching food with. All around a horrible experience that I will not be reliving.
Can't wait to go back. I had the french dip and fire roasted vegetable soup and I've been craving it since!
1st time, had the fire roasted veggies soup - good but wanted potato soup, they let you try the soups which is 5 ⭐, great customer service - they really take care of you, thank you Soutdough & Co. ?
