My food was burnt both times I've stopped here as seen in the picture. I sent the food back but was served the same burnt hamburger patty with different cheese and no bacon the second time. The manager stopped by to ask how my food was and did absolutely NOTHING to fix the issue.
Today we stopped by to have dinner at Sizzler on Onstott Rd. We had such a nice experience. The manager, Mr. Chacon and his evening staff were so polite and were checking in on all the patrons. We felt very welcome. Very friendly and professional! Great food and great service! Restaurant was very clean and nice looking. Pictures in the restaurant are nice, but inclusion matters, too. ?Next time we're in town we will have to stop by. Keep up the good work! ? ?
Sizzler is still American af. Big salad bar, big steak, rib, and burger menu, and the classic pay before you order. This location is clean, has a nice casino restaurant vibe. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Burger was above average and the fries were crisp and done right.Good place, wouldn't hesitate going again.
We just had dinner at Yuba City Sizzler and it was great. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. Their soup looked great. The best thing though was our server, Shawna, she was the best . She was very attentive to our needs, prompt, and very friendly. Thank you Shawna you made the food experience great.

This Sizzlers is very clean and the night weeknight manager stays on top of the service. The staff was very attentive to my 92 year old mother. If you want fresh salad, this is the Sizzlers to go to. Out of the four soups, we rated the pot roast soup #1, the clam chowder next in line. The guacamole is homemade. Thumbs up
Everything was pretty good but the potatoes at the salad bar were very hard like they were old..
Service & consistency have come way down. Maybe because of all the short staffing because of Covid, but the service was slow, had to ask for the complimentary cheese bread twice before we received it, had to ask for a refill on my soda & the plates stacked up before we had to wave some server over to take them. They were not that busy either barely half full. Now onto the food … no more chicken wings, the chicken shortage is over now according to media reports, no excuse, also no more wafers in the custard, no self serve strawberry ice cream & no more apple pie with your dessert. Overall expectations were high from previous visits & was sorely disappointed this time.
Went too fill out a work app wouldn,t give me one I was told I was too old and slow one one of there waitresses her name was Julia told me I was too sickly why do I want to come back I work for sizzler 6 years almost before the pandemic and was laid off never had a problem with any of the people I work for and always got good evaluations they are very disrespectful there now I don't understand it because I loved everybody that I work with everybody knew me there as Julio pacus my real name is Philip I don't know why I'm being treated this way yes I am old I am 68 years old my health is very good and don't have any problem taking care of what I need to do when I'm working thank you very much this is my comment
Took my son for birthday dinner tonight and we had a great time!! The staff was so friendly! They even sang him happy birthday and made him a free dessert! It was amazing! I would definitely come here just for the staff alone! I recommend ignoring negative reviews and just seeing for yourself
