Coupon didn’t work online. Called the store to get help. Basically the only options they gave me were place another order, without canceling my first order, and if it goes through then we’ll cancel the first order or shove free breadsticks at me that I did not want. Wasn’t willing to cancel and redo the order over the phone. Tried to tell me I had a faulty coupon when I’m staring at it and it’s valid. Then when I said I wanted to cancel the order she said ok and hung up on me without verifying it was done. Absolutely horrendous service for mediocre pizza at best.
It’s the very best pizza ? I’ve ever had! It’s so cheeeeeesy!?& all the toppings r so yummy it tastes like homemade real Italian cooking like mom used to make at home when we were kids. I grew up in an old fashioned Italian household so I know Italian cooking when I taste it! & Papa Johns takes the WIN on that!!!!!!
Ordered the NY pizza and it was amazing very fast delivery the food was perfect. They had the best customer service when I ordered and the driver was super nice. My go to pizza place! They are super nice!
Pepperoni pizza was my order but got a cheese only pizza.
Use to love this place but now they are slow and can't get an order right. Pizza is either burned or the toppings are not correct. Plus If you place an order and it says 20 to 30 minutes, it shouldn't take an hour and thirty minutes. Maybe they changed owners or something but won't be go back. If I could've given zero stars I would have.
