Yeah, no not for me.The salad I ordered came with "extra protein "That was flying out of my plate.Gnats, fruit flies or something.When I mentioned it they basically ignored me.
I love panera and cannot stop going there. The reason I am giving 1 star their doordash service suck. This is the 3rd time they messed up with my order and I had to call doordash to resolve this issue but today they only delivered half of the food and are not willing to give me refund for the food did not get deliver. If this is the kind of service they are giving to their customers than they will lose loyal customer.
Have come here on 3 separate occasions to get a bread bowl of soup. They have been out of them all 3 times. Not sure how they expect to stay open since they can’t serve half their menu. Ridiculous.
I never have all the items ordered in the drive-thru, they always forget something. Inconvenient when you don't have time to go back.
Not only was the food mediocre but I noticed some things that were very disturbing. The lady, who appeared to be the manager, was walking all through the kitchen, handling food, etc with her hair down and no hat or net. They’re front register girl had her hair down with a hat but was still touching food. This is VERY unsanitary and against proper safety protocols for handling food. On top of that the employees were playing tag as the managers watching? This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be back.
In Yuba City declined to take my order over the phone. My husband was in the parking lot to pick up but I couldn't order unless I went online. I was peeved to put it nicely. I just won't ever call or visit this Panera Bread EVER!
Place was very clear, food awesome has always. Yummy!
The sandwiches are really good!! Be careful, they have sliced turkey and turkey breast.. Depending on what sandwich you order..

The worst service ever. Ordered a $60 dinner for my family. Kids are hungry. It’s been a long day. Get up to the window, pay and get told they need to make another half of a grilled cheese sandwich. I ask for the rest of our food because my kids wanted to start eating, so we got it. Pull around to curbside to get out 1/2 grilled cheese which arrives in a minute. Accept it was just melted cheese on bread. Get home to enjoy the rest of our meal and realize they didn’t give us our flat breads. At this point I’m not wanting to drive 26 minutes back to the store. Ask for a refund for the 2 flat breads and they refused. Worse, they knew when I called why I called. No thank you.
