If you do online ordering and curbside pickup it's very fast going in line is not as bad either. It seems to be fairly acceptable considering all the guidelines.
I placed an order through the app was at Stabler Ln McDonalds, but order went to Colusa Ave McDonalds. I waited 15 plus minutes spoke with Aaron at Stabler Ln who said, uh cant do nothing you have to go to Colusa Ave! The app changed address by itself. Aaron would not accommodate me. I went to Colusa Ave McDonalds went through drive through called them and a manager whose name starts with a J said we have been looking for who ordered this. I told her the app has a glitch, she said they cant do nothing about app. I told her it has been 30-45 minutes now and I want fresh food! She said ok, but gave my old cold food, even the coffee was cold. McDonalds needs to fix this app. These managers not well trained. Aaron should of accommodated me instead of sending me away. The other manager "J" should of given me fresh food. McDonalds you get a big "F."
Ok so unrelated topic, I once got a bad grade on one math test during the 5thgrade so I got up from my seat and I slapped my classmate. She bled and I ran away crying. But anyways they charged me for extra cheese
Slow service. Rude employees. BURNT FOOD. Highly dissatisfied, the McMuffin we received this morning was beyond disgusting. Even the egg was charred!
Have been there 3 times over the past 3-4 yrs. Every visit has been an utter nightmare!First 2 visits they gave me the wrong items and to get a refund or exchange for correct item was an ordeal . Most recent visit was on Tuesday March 1’st , 2022. Tried to get the $5.00 crispy chicken combo meal deal from the McDonald’s app. The price with tax should be $5.41 The cashier was unable to get the price to come up properly so I asked for a manager to attempt the order entry . A manager tried to enter the order a 3’rd timeand was also unable . Instead of calling someone to assist her she decided to refuse service so she didn’t have to enter any order . Problem solved thru simple lolly gagging . Drove to the McDonald’s in marysville and there was no issue . Price withApp deal was $5.41 price at yuba McDonald’s was $8.41 not sure if this is incompetence or just pure greed to not honor the special app price . Have also gone to 5 other locations and never had a bizarre issue like this . Total lamer management !Like the Karen’s leading the blind .
couldn't even eat the mcmuffin.. the egg was charged and burnt, the muffin was so burnt it was black. very disappointing.
$1 for a Coca-Cola best deal in town please don't change! sometime all I have is a little change and it goes a long way at McDonald's
Service is great. Everyone needs patience in the entrance of the Drive thru. Maybe someday Corporate Will Come in and help with the design of a smoother operations of the building and Drive-thru . Overall the service and hamburgers are great ! Remember Folks the French Fries are definitely a technique to master just right! It can be done. Thank yu
I drove up. Waited a few minutes for someone to take my order through the drive thru . It was 1130 they close at midnight.... NO BODY to be found. Smh. No sign that says we closed early.
Absolutely love McDonald's! My favorite place to go eat since I was a kid! Now it's my grandkids favorite place to eat out. We like to get the Big Mac bundles with two Big Mac's and two 10 piece chicken nuggets and two medium size drink's because the Big Mac is our favorite burger from there.
