I don’t know why out of all the places in town, this location is still the Only place not letting the public inside. The drive through line was not moving and all I ordered was onion rings/ 1 choc. cake/ 1 mini churro. They also refuse to answer the phone. It would be nice to avoid the long line for something that should be ready to go by the time I get here after having already placed the order online. I can’t cancel my order because I already pushed the prepare button. Waiting 25 mins in the drive thru for something I could have easily ran inside to grab is just not the best way to run things. Something should be figured out for the mobile ordering.
What the heck Jack, always been pretty good. Now it takes forever to get the drive thru (only option)
It's always good but this time they forgot my hashbrowns not problem but went inside to get it and he didn't use the tongs he just used his plane hands unsanitary no gloves
Fast service. Fries were hot and fresh as well as our hamburgers. Polite cashier.
Fast food restaurants are understaffed and busy. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE ANY FAST FOOD. Ours was incorrect and we are 10 minutes each way. They do their best.
The loopy open for take out only, !That is a very good thing, I'm in a wheelchair so. Nice

Got a Ultimate Sausage Sandwich (#27) meal. The sandwich was good, the hash brown was a bit over done and the coffee was disappointing. I drink coffee regularly and this cup was a little cool and kind of weak and maybe a bit past it's prime. I will give them another chance as they may have been having an off day.
Harter Parkway Jack in the Box is the best Jack in the Box in Yuba City and Marysville. Everyone else has lost their quality control. This one still does it right.
