Reading through these reviews I’m seeing a similar experience as mine, and it’s infuriating that the owners responses are just a generic copy/paste as opposed to addressing the issue.You need to hire a new night crew. Period. Everyone in there looks like they’re fresh off parole, will stare at customers very bizarre/intensely. Have attitude even when you are being polite. Are lazy. The kitchen is an absolute mess and is disgusting. Employees will leave the bathroom and not even put on gloves. The women in the back can be overheard snickering about the customers. You guys literally need to take the trash out and hire employees that aren’t going to scare away clientele. It’s that easy.I think somebody needs to leave an anonymous tip to the health department. I doubt they would still be open if they came and did a review.
Another late night rendezvous with a fast food restaurant. Tried something I never eaten before, a sourdough grilled chicken sandwich, and a jumbo jack. I was very fortunate that no other person was in line so the order process was extremely fast. Though there was a slight discrepancy in the price stated and the actual price on the sourdough sandwich. On the order sign it was listed as $6.19 but when I looked on my receipt it was priced at $6.49
I waited 20 minutes because there was only one cashier atending the drive tru an no one at the lobby i had yell for asistance it caused me to be back late to my work boss all fired up
There was a bit of a wait to order at the drive through. They apologized for the wait and continued with polite, efficient service. This is the 1 in Yuba City, CA. The one in Marysville, CA is kinda sketchy. They allow the homeless to hang out in their parking lot. Service is slow and they can be a bit rude. Not the homeless, the staff.
Thank you James for being so kind to all your customers. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Your one of the reasons I’ll only come to this Jack in the Box. Food, customer service and cleanliness is always great. Thanks again!
During regular business hours I waited nearly 15 min and not one car moved last time I visited. I ended up having to go to other Jack in the box. Besides this visit the usual experience is long wait, rude staff and order errors. Not sure if it's an under staffing issue or just a bad business. Either way I will no longer be visiting this location.
Just 15 minutes ago ordered 4 tacos and the spicy deluxe cluck. Tacos were good bit the chicken sandwich first had no onion rings and second looks like they reheated it in oil or burnt it. It is like extra crispy hella hard.

It takes a long time to get your food and when we did tonight the fries were cold as if they had been sitting for a long while but we didn't want to go back through that line and then we had to wait by the door for probably 10 to 15 minutes just to get our order and they are out of so many things let us cheese sauce all kinds of stuff and it's just not a good experience anymore since different people took over not sure really why but they're not making the food there as well as it used to be made and the only reason we went there today is because that's the only place that was open along with Carl's Jr
