Went to order lunch. On the app, it was buy one burrito get one burrito free. Girl at the counter couldn’t scan the QR code. Stated it was upside down. She called the manager and he scanned it instantly. She then tried to run the gift card as a credit card multiple times. She called the manager again who reminded her of the difference between a credit card and gift card. While receiving the food order, noticed it was wrong. There was two tacos instead of a burrito. When asked, the counter girl argued that I had ordered two tacos. I reminded her that it was a special and it was for burritos, so her argument made no sense. In a span of 5 minutes, she made three mistakes and tried to blame it on me. Finally got my order and it was again wrong.
Went thru drive thru and worker was rude wouldn't take cash they had no change
As we all know everything is so expensive. Same here, but their chicken was grisley and some bites the chicken pieces were so hard you couldn't even eat it. Quality has gone way down. Ordered tostada bowl and Burrito
I had a great meal that was reasonably priced. I visit regularly.
I used to come here 20 odd years ago before they left the area and came back. Yep, same location but a newer and refreshed store. Their prices are decent for the amount of the chicken, sides and tortillas you receive and most of the side dishes are very healthy. I used go inside before the pandemic and I like the amount of sauces and salsa the self service counter has to offer. What is funny is I usually go to the drive thru window and the a certain cashier gives me a senior discount ? even though I would do consider myself of that age of yet. But hey a discount never hurt me in the pocket book. So, if you like chicken give this place a try and leave that fried stuff for another time, even though I must admit it is hard to resist.

1 burrito wasn't hot (as in temperature) and the 2 piece ? chicken combo (the wing was bigger then the breast). Not impressed this time. ?
This is the worst El Pollo loco I've ever been to. Every time they screw up the order and the service is terrible. Make sure to always check your order before You leave the drive-thru. It's not once they haven't screwed anything up. Very rude employees. Go somewhere else. This place is terrible
It was awesome! I got a really great deal from my mail and applied it to get extra chicken. My family and I had a blast!
Good food, decent service. I didn't buy, so I won't comment on the price.
