Nice people for the most part and the drinks are pretty good. Only complaint is the parking lot is kind of difficult to find if you don't know where to look for the entrance
I’ve been coming here most frequently in the last couple of years. Mostly during mornings, and I never had a problem, until now. I came in the afternoon, and expected my order to be accurate. It was HORRIBLE. The drive thru service was AWFUL. The lady had a horrible attitude towards my friends and I. How hard is it to get be respectful to a customer. I was nice, even through it all. She had the worst attitude seen here at the Yuba City Dunkin. I understand forgetting an order, but being rude to your customers is not acceptable. Please train your employees to be respectful.
Service was absolutely terrible. This review is for whoever was on the drive-thru (woman) at around 2-2:10pm. If you want to be treated like you’re an inconvenience for wanting what you paid for, then this is the place!
If you’ve never been to Dunkin’ you’ve been edging yourself in life.It’s about time they brought it from the east coast…Just get Dunkin’. If you like Dutch bros, I’m sorry, no coffee place is for you…this place features black coffee.If you like Starbucks, you’ll like Dunkin’.
Who knew? Us folks of a certain generation, recall this as ONLY donuts n coffee. I had a Sourdough toasted grill cheese, with pesto and peppers (?) Or maybe tomatoes. Yummmy! And nice price. I spotted an open face avo on sourdough too. Next time. I am pleasantly surprised. Thx for a better menu nowadays!!
We ordered for delivery through an app. Dunkin's breakfast sandwiches were absolutely DELICIOUS, but they forgot one of our hash browns orders, hence the missing star.
Good coffee but all my food was really burnt and didn’t taste good.
The service was great. The parking lot and drive thru was congested. Over all, it was a good experience.
Everyone here is super friendly. I had to add something to my order at the payment window and the staff did so without hesitation, very sweet of them. I got the avocado toast and a caramel iced latte and they were both exactly what I was looking for. If you want a quick and easy drive thru experience while not having to pay an arm and a leg for a quick bite, come here!
Horrible food. I ordered a peppered bacon croissant and the bacon appears to be cooked in the microwave about 20 secs. Come on the bacon should be crispy, at the very least cooked through.The donuts stale. Never again.Even so, Grub hub had excellent service.
