I ordered thru drive thru had to repeat my order 5 times then they repeated it back correctly. When I got home and looked at my order the 2 items that I ordered with out cheese was covered with their gross queso cheese. When I called them they said I can come back to get new ones but I live about 20 mins away. They really suck.
I ordered 2 Value Packs with the 6 tacos & 6 burritos. I got home and there were NO BURRITOS in the boxes. I called and explained about the burritos. This person said she was the Manager, preceded to be offensive towards me. Raising her voice and saying she packed that order and that I was lying . I told her that she can be wrong and in this case she was. She then said she would not give me the 12 burritos I paid for but only 6 . She said she was doing it out of charity. Is this how you run your business? This person was rude, offensive, attacked my character and needs to be retrained or fired. You dont treat elderly people or anyone like that.. I again explained I paid for 12 . She insisted I was lying and she said the customer is wrong and that she's not ever wrong. Boycott this business until they teach the staff how to deal with issues. I want an apolbecomeogy and my money back. I will never eat here again. Giving customers Attitude isn't how you become successful. Also the tacos were stale.

Really unprofessional staff. Made me wait 20 minutes to pick up a doordash order, even though there was nobody in the drive thru or lobby. Would not recommend to anybody.
