DELICIOUS! BUT the workers need better training. We ordered inside and ate inside. The workers were so confused with orders, messing stuff up, forgetting orders, mixing up people's orders, not very polite, sloppy servings, you name it. Also, it's pretty hot in there which is BAD for California Summers. One of their drink dispensers was spilling continuously. A bit overpriced for the serving sizes you get. On the good side, their green steak enchiladas, chicken quesadillas, and chicken tacos were absolutely delicious and FULL of flavor. They have many soda flavors, aguas frescas, and fresh fruit infused waters. I don't know if we'll be back but the food IS very good Tex-Mex, tastier than Chipotle in most of my family's opinion.
Come to Costa from time to time, a good switch up from chipotle. Food has always been good, and I love the infused water! Service has always been decent (what I expect from a chain establishment) but today I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. I was helped by a tall, dark haired woman wearing glasses. She has by far been the friendliest out of everyone to take my order and even asked how my day was going, and she even talked me into a cookie at the end. Her enthusiastic personality really added a little extra to my weekend. Costa needs more employees like her who seem to actually enjoy the food service industry and have great customer service. Makes it a much more of an enjoyable environment for my friends and I to dine at.
All 3 staff were very rude and unprofessional. Throwing tortilla carelessly and very sloppy with the food prep. Clearly they don't want to be at work. Poor customer service! I wonder how they prepare the food at the back where you can't see because the front was already a big mess.
I have only been here a couple of times. The last time I ordered a burrito and the tortilla was really chewy and was pretty bland. I was a little disappointed considering I have not had ann issue with the food here before
Forgot an entire steak quasidilla in my doordash order. Also the food wasn't made to our specifications. Why have options if you don't use them?
I love eating Costa Vida ! Especially when Kendra’s working she makes my food perfect and is always fast And efficient no matter how busy it is she always ask me how my day is going and puts a smile on my face . She seems to enjoy working making her customers happy and making sure that they are All well taken care of THANK YOU Kendra for great service as always!
Just so everyone knows, this “Tacos a La carte” even though plural and even though it shows a picture of two tacos, and fails to disclaim the price is for only one, is ONLY ONE TACO. Sheyanne could care less when I called. I’ve been frequenting this business since it opened as a Yuba Sutter Native. Based on the way she treated me when I called to complain, I will not go back there. Also, I will be sharing this everywhere. False advertising is one thing. Crappy customer service is another. You’ve lost my business for good. Nearly $9 for a single taco is ridiculous, but your customer service is far more ridiculous.
I wanted to try something new. Well its was a really bad experience. I started eating and didnt feel so good. My steak burrito was plain the rice was really hard. My whole order was incomplete. Im sorry but I will not order here again. No stars at all for this restaurant.
Thought the food was okay until I pulled a long black hair out of my throat I'm almost bald and my wife has short red hair gross me out to where I threw my lunch away
This is the second time Ive been in and had horrible service and food in the past month. Both mine and my sons meals were messed up. The servers taking our orders were very impatient and rushed us. They were more interested in standing in the corner talking. Very rude.. then the lids were not placed correctly on our To go containers and food was all stuck to the lid by the time we got home. Horrible experience and we each could only eat half of our food because it had ingredients in it we asked not to have. I won’t be back in the forceable future..
