Ordering was super confusing because we rarely eat here and they didn't guide us through what the orders included, we were charged for adult orders instead of kids meal orders which means we were charged over $10 MORE than we should have been AND we were missing 8 items: we weren't given the kids meal chips, fruits, drinks, queso and guac that were supposed to come with them. So we were way overcharged AND missing 8 items for the kids meals. NOT HAPPY. Also, the Coca Cola was barely carbonated and the Barq's root beer was just club soda. We only gave 1 star (TO THE COOKS who deserve 5 stars) because the food we actually did receive was good. But everything else pretty much sucked, sorry but I'm honest and don't want others to go through what we did. The host name on our receipt says, "Maryana" and she seemed very confused with the whole order even though we and her coworkers kept trying to tell her what the items were and she STILL got it wrong.

I like the taste of a Chipotle chicken burrito, but either I am getting more hungry or their burritos are shrinking. I remember 1t2 was all I could eat but now the near 10 dollar burrito isn't much bigger than a 50 cent microwave burrito. Not that they are of equal quality, but I would love a local to open a super burrito place next door and charge less than Chipotle. Also I am glad the cashier who contemptuously told me they had put the chips we just bought in our bag and asked us move so he could move next customer wasn't there. That guy was rude, I mean the chips, register and bag were 5 feet in front of us and we could see he didn't put in the chips and salsa but hey he must be broken person. Lots of those. I didn't go and got our chips (no salsa) and our 5 Oz burritos but yeah another burrito place would be grand.

It may be supply chain, but the quality was not there in the steak I had, the barbacoa made up for it a bit. I wanted to give 5 stars but couldn't. Value for the dollar is also waning as a bowl with 2 meats and no guacamole, with one drink = over $20. Its getting cost prohibitive.

I don't do reviews but there online ordering needs to be fixed or removed. They can never have an online order ready in a timely manner. People in line are getting their orders faster than an online order.

Giving this place one star is being generous!!! This young man was lazy rude quite frankly I can’t believe he still employed. They were all out of vegetables and the lady in front of me asked when they might be done he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know and pushed her food down the line! So I asked the same question he filled up my bowls shrugged his shoulders and then he just stood there while the other kid was working the register! I stood there for 20 minutes watching my food get cold because he said it was not his job to complete the order with the guacamole sour cream and cheese he did the same thing to the lady behind me when she asked him what was the problem why was he being so rude he threw his arms up in the air and said I’m not saying anything to you! She asked him who was in charge and who the manager was a young lady that was cooking the vegetables said what’s going on what is the problem here and got rude with the lady behind me. She said the young man is very rude. At that point I had all I could take through my arms up in the air and said you could keep your freaking food and walked out! At that point the lady behind me said the same exact thing and she walked out. Kudos to the young man behind the register he is the only one offering to do anything he went in and asked about the vegetables ultimately but at that point it was just too late we were all just very angry. This kid was absolutely awful and has no business working there. He barely greeted me he barely looked at me in the eye!I understand everybody is hard at for employees but with employees like this guy you can guarantee your business will drop! I will never go back and I’m pretty certain that lady won’t either and the young lady in front of me said the same exact thing so you just lost three customers!!!!

Went into order at the counter there was only 2 people ahead of me when I entered the building, it took over 25 mins to order and get food made, the people behind the counter did not have a care about the customer standing in front of them. They did not even acknowledge me when I got to the counter to order. Also had to ask several times to add items that I asked for. I know tough to find people who care or want to work, but you are in a service based industry so find people that are going to represent your company correctly, hire well not just the first person that applies. And provide them with some training and expectations.

Very slow. I ordered online and still waited 25 minutes since they gave my order to another customer. They didn't tell me so I sat and waited as the handed several other customers their online order.

Don't order ahead! You will wait there for 20 minutes while your order gets cold in the backroom. They make the orders ahead of time and don't bring them out to the dining room. They expect their cashier to read your mind and know you're there. Disappointed in this restaurant and Nancy, their manager. This store used to be a top performer.

food was good as any chipotle is, but tonight the young lady who was working and helping me and my friend out was impatient and rude as hell. I know how it is to work in the fast food/restaurant industry so i understand how it can be tiring at the end of the day but that was no reason to mistreat us. Please i hope she gets her act together and doesn’t treat other customers like that also.

Food made incorrectly on both burritos. Paid $40 and DoorDash only gave me $9 back. Called them to get a refund for both and lady was COMPLETELY useless. Waste of money do not recommend.
