Chicken sandwich was so hard! Not fresh at all.. fries were good tho
This place is kinda tricky to get to the drive thru area , and for me there isn't anything better than trying to order your food and one of the employees are dragging a over full trash can of food waste right by you while your trying to order food (, really not a pleasant smell or view ),the prices are ok for what your getting just don't expect anything warm or hot just barely room temp ,the fries are kinda limp and there is always a few under cooked one in there and my double cheese burger was so dried out that I couldn't even attempt to eat it ,the shakes are good though pricey but good still,the place is pretty kept up with the drive thru area and the staff are pretty friendly, I'll give the food one more try if it's still as bad as last time then I'll have to pass on it I gave it a four star because it was as busy as could be but went through pretty quickly but food wasn't that great so I'll let you know next week if it's better ok thanks for reading
If you are going to charge $13 for a FAST FOOD meal, y'all should really provide $13 worth of product! And $13 worth of customer service! Training employees to do that is critical for franchise success! I went there yesterday and got a 5pc tender meal, opened my bag after asking for "lotsa" ketchup and there was none in there ...... Fries and tenders NEED sauce, it should be given at this point in chicken tender evolution! I had to get the kids attention and ask for some ..... Only got 5 packets! I'm like man your register isn't going come up short 5 packets of ketchup! I drove away and ate what I could before everything went un-edibly dry due to lack of sauce. I usually don't complain but when your spending sit down restaurant prices for something that should cost $7 MAX you deserve better than this, if kids want $17 to do fast food work ....... Then train them to do $17 worth of work! Stop handing them stuff, because of this careless attitude ...... Carl's Jr is off my list of places to eat.
Very clean inside and out. ? The burgers are GREAT!! Especially when you can have one for breakfast. ?
Best Carl's Jr in the area. Always fresh and hot. The staff is really friendly and energetic.
Got a burger & criss cut fries. On my way home I grabbed a fry. It was Luke warm & limp. Was just a 5 min. ride home. Had to heat up fries in microwave. Doubt I will go back there. Burger was barely warm.
The cheeseburger and chicken pieces were good. The fries we ended up getting were terrible. My husband wanted them well done. They were limp and soggy. However the employee who took our order messed the order up anyway. My husband ordered a 2/3 pound cheeseburger combo. So when my husband went back to have it corrected, instead of crediting the incorrect order and charging the correct item, the employee charged him for a large french fry and a small drink. This resulted in an overcharge of $1.89. The employee had left and a second person waited on me, because I realized what had been done. She was familiar with the incident and instead of giving me the refund we were due, she argued with me. I had to argue with her for several minutes and show her how I arrived at that conclusion. She still didn't get it right by only giving me back $1.85. It's not the money, it's the principle. But if we as consumers allow this to happen all the time to us, can you imagine how much money these owners are making if they do that to every customer and how much money you are out of in one year. Just think about it.
This is the cleanest fast food restaurant in Yuba City. I feel extremely comfortable eating here.
This place charged me a whole extra meal that I didn’t order. And then had the nerve to just refund me 5$ (Took off the cheapest burger) and charged me for the expensive one which I didn’t even order that to begin with plus the meal. Then the lady gave me the money and food all at once and shut the window on me. Very rude and not professional at all.
Food was good, but had food missing and when I asked for it, I waited 10 mins and I had to remind them again that I never received my missing food. Finally I just asked for a refund because I just gave my daughter my food. Very disappointing, I normally love CJ's
