This Burger King actually stays open as long as it's ours are posted, not like the other two that are very close by that close more than an hour earlier even though they are supposed to be open. I drive at night for work and I appreciate this greatly. They were firing fresh chicken Jr's and onion rings with less than 10 minutes to go. It was a little late for the deep fryer so they had me pull around front for a short wait but I tipped the guy when they got there, it was delicious. Thank you guys for staying open, sometimes a cheap nostalgic meal is all you need to get you through the next 5 hours of driving.
They don't read the tickets. I ordered 2 whoppers and a medium fry, the one burger I got was cold(heat lamp warm) and didn't get the second burger at all. I know, my fault for not checking my order before leaving but it was so simple. I think I'm about done with bk. You don't get it your way and you don't get it hot and fresh unless you ask for it directly. They still might give it to you the way they want not how you order it??
Typical fast food place, but the workers here seem friendly. I don't know if the pandemic has brought out all the crazies and these workers have to deal with them and that give all of us sane customers a bad name. I have had a few run ins with employees that attend to the drive thru windows in these type establishments and a lot don't seem happy. Anyways, I ordered the quarter pound King and the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. I really enjoyed the 1/4 lb. king it's a lot bigger than McDonald's quarter pounder. Their chicken sandwich is like what all the other fast food places sell. Too much breading which once taken off equals a small piece of chicken.
A Whopper is still a Whopper!! Way better than anything McDonald's has to offer!! But, McDonald's still has the best ?!!
Already don't come here because the food is always cold and the workers are rude but finally decide to pay a visit for the crypto advertisement only for them to say I need to tell them the code before the order and that it can't be don't on a new order , get sthe manager just for him to back up the employee why can't the order be wiped and redone , terrible service at its finest and a mistake I won't make again . Even with call to action advertising to get more business some employees still refuse to use good customer service not shocked but disappointed .
Burger King on Colusa Avenue is the best Burger King in the Yuba-Sutter area they always get my food correct and it's hot unlike the other Burger King on Poole blvd
Nice clean place and their servers were quick and polite.
