Worst service ever. No greeting at the door so sat at the bar to get served or acknowledge. Male bartender made eye contact no acknowledgement. Female server kinda helpful but busted the drink she offered was a pre mix not hand poured. Then 30 mins later says my wrap is ready not my side dish. Another 20 mins later our food comes out wrong and wilted mushy and soggy. Their excuse was a party of 15 was More important even thought they were seated after us. Not once was rude or cause a scene and still left a tip feeling unsatisfied and hungry cause it's gonna be another wait while the other large table gets orders out. So they take your tray to take off the bill. Which is fine but damn I was hungry after an hour of already waiting so long. I am very understanding that places are short staffed or new employees learning but customer service and satisfied customers keep the light bill on.
So from the start to finish it was bad. We were told the wait was going to be 20-30 minutes we waited well over 30 minutes. And then we were seated by a whole cluster of empty tables and chairs. The chairs were scattered the hostess literally had to move them out of the way so we could get to our table. We ordered pretzels that came out frozen and it was blamed on not being able to prep in the morning. They were brought out frozen again so we took them off the tab. The wings were cold and hard to chew. Couldn’t even finish our food. Just really disappointed. Food and service was just awful
Chicken nuggets were hella dry. The nuggets were small also. Fries were great. I ordered the signature Henny-something mixed drink. Could not taste the alcohol at all. My kids liked it there tho. Love the TV's everywhere. Our server had half blonde and half brown hair, and glasses... She was awesome. Very attentive, polite, she really easily answered most questions about the menu. Great staff.I suggest checking prices online, because things are lower priced online, and u can be adamant on them adhering to that online price since that's why you traveled there... We saved over $30 when we requested to pay the online price of $9.99 for a 10 piece and fries... Ordering off the store menu and you're paying more for the chicken ($15) and a separate $5 bucks for fries. Ridiculous.
First of all our waitress deserves 5 stars for the excellent job she did. I'm giving it a 1 star for the fact that we made reservations for 30 people yet we were only given 1 waitress. As time went by, 2hrs later. Our waitress received NO HELP from her coworkers while they literally just stood there and watched 1 person take and deliver each drink and order. When we spoke to the manager we were informed the other employees were busy which we could see was NOT the case and that if we went anywhere else in town we'd get the same service. Definitely not a group of individuals who know what team work means.KUDOS to the waitress who stayed calm the whole time.
My friend had the Brisket sandwich, so very good. And I had the Cobb salad. It was very good ?
Went with friends and had a great experience. I asked for Extra crispy wings and sauce on the side...best way to eat them! The hubs had a burger and said it was great!! Explain to your server how you like your wings, and they will help you order them the right way! Will go back again!
I work there. The food is great, the atmosphere is inviting, our servers rock. Come check it out.

I went in there tonight and there was a young man I believe his name is Maxwell and he was new there just so sweet all smiles and great customer service ❤ he was in the take out part I mean super sweet young man and he had a girl name Emily training him and they where both so kind and just all smiles great experience here will definitely be back because I love my customer service thanks to them they both Rock
Just don't go to the one in Yuba City, CA. Went there yesterday and had the worst experience I think I can ever recall in a restaurant. Sat down ordered drinks and that was about the only thing they did right was bring those. Ordered appetizer and two burgers. After a good amount of time waiter brings out burgers doesn't even recall us ordering appetizer. We remind him he says oh yeah I'll go get those. Told him never mind burgers are already here asked for some ranch for the French fries. Ranch never comes so just ate fries plain. No napkins brought with meal had to keep going to bar to grab drink napkins to use. Ordered pickles and mayonnaise on burger neither was put on burger. Sat through whole meal with empty drinks. Ask for manager she could careless just says sorry....like sorry about it better luck next time. Told her sorry isn't acceptable answer so she took a minimal amount off bill. Then after we are almost done with meal waiter brings out ranch for the fries that were gone already and wrong drinks for refills. Got us mixed up with the table of four he was making sure got good service. The burger was good just not like I ordered it. But don't know if I'll be going back don't get much time to go out and with things to tight nowadays don't like to waste money.
