WOW! Incredible fresh made in store ice cream. Yummy flavors and funny marketing -Child scoop, is an adult scoop. Single scoop is 2 adult scoops and Double scoop is 4 adult scoops. There's probably a family business joke in here somewhere? I'm from Colorado, but if I'm ever traveling through Yuba City again you know where to find me!
We have always loved Bricks ice cream ever since we were kids. Not sure why some of their ice cream is not as good as it used to be, we just bought our second tub of rocky road and we were wondering why there is no walnuts in it. If they sell just a chocolate marshmallow they should mislead people into thinking it is Rocky Road.
I haven't been to Brocks since before 2020. It used to be my favorite ice cream place in town. I went back, and am very disappointed.They only give out two samples.The lime sorbet tasted like artificial lime jello and had a gray glob in it, so I threw it away. No big deal I thought. So, I then ordered the old fashioned vanilla ice cream because I thought you can't go wrong with plain vanilla, right? Unfortunately, the old fashioned vanilla was a bright neonish orange color, had small brown clumps in it, and had a chemically after taste.
This place has gone DOWNHILL. Their ice cream used to be high quality old fashioned ice cream, but now it's this weird cheap stuff with tons of food coloring. I'm not exactly sure when this change took place, but it must have been recent.
The flavors are so good. Brocks even has some old fashion flavors too. Great place to stop on a hot day for refreshing ice cream treat.
we went there thinking that they might have more selection but I was wrong I ordered black walnut it was ok but not many choices . but it was quick and the guys were good.
Having lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for 32 yrs, this is hands down the best ice cream you can find in my opinion. I now live in MA and this is a must whenever I'm here. Absolutely love the Mocha Almond Fudge. Thank you!

One of our best ice cream places in town the ice cream here is wonderful I wanted to get a milkshake but was very disappointed to find out that they had stopped selling milkshakes that day due to being short staffed or something. I have still not had a Bronx milkshake but I would love to have a chocolate shake maybe one day!
Seems like a great place to take the family ? out to have icecream.
