We ordered the four cheese pasta with chicken tenders and it tasted absolutely inedible. The chicken was probably microwaved , the drinks were very watered down and the pasta was super overcooked to the point that it was mushy. Also, the sauce was literally just milk and water. I have ate here one time before and it was bad but not like THIS. I will never eat here again. This is by far the worst Applebees location.
Have came to this location 3 different time and all 3 time the food has been terrible. Chicken was very over cooked and ribs were dry and tough. If I had order in instead of to go I would have sent back my food and went some where else. Definitely will not be coming back here......
Steak way overdone and chicken and salmon were ridiculously dry. Soooo friggin disappointed! Wasnt cheap for overdone dry food!!
We haven’t gone to Applebees in quite some time, just because the service wasn’t ever really that great. But I gotta say our service was really great tonight!! Our server Dianna was super awesome. She had a great attitude and was giving 100% into her service. So glad we decided to go back. Just from the way she worked I gotta say Applebees has really improved since a couple years ago.
We stopped for lunch late around 1:15ish. Not many diners to about 5 staff. Ordered the grilled oriental. It took half an hour to get a salad with obviously microwaved chicken strips that were almost inedible. Waited but waitress never returned to check on us. After a lengthy wait and noting there was no staff to call, I had to go to the kitchen to ask for our check! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THERE WAS SO FEW PATRONS!
This was my first visit to Appleby's and Ioved it! Polite and friendly staff, fast appetizers, fast food service and everything was piping hot on the table. We had to wait for it to cool off!
Came in and they took a bit to get us to a table then took about 20 minutes to take our order until I called the lady to help us they are really understaff but the lady that helped us was really nice food took awhile to come out there was much people in the restaurant so who knows why
Huge wait times although there was multiple open tables. Waited nearly 10 minutes to even be greeted.
Should’ve known with it being dead on a Saturday night things weren’t going to be good. Waiter spent too much time hanging out with his coworkers and not figuring out why our food took so long to come out. All three of our entrees were terrible and we did not finish them. No apologies or even a word from our waiter. I forgot why I hadn’t been there in years and this experience just reminded me.
I was worried about eating in with my boys cause they're a little hyper and distracted. I really wanted to go out and eat so I had my sister join me due to my boys plus I missed our us time. Great customer service was provided, they really act like family to me here. The people next to us who my boys just had to be in their conversation at times didn't trip to hard and I was appreciated for that I've only been out here for a year and I'm glad they weren't judgmental, since I've been out here for a year now I've witness it all. Food was on point I ordered a steak. The drink of course alcohol I thought was perfect. Five stars
