My wife called this afternoon to order sandwiches. But, the gentleman who answered the phone didn’t like the fact she was calling from a private number. So, he said, “is this anonymous private caller? We don’t take calls from you”. He then hung up. Great business sense and excellent customer service. Brilliant!!!
The food was amazing! There was a slight problem with one of our items and the owner went above and beyond to make it right! We will be for sure going back. Staff, owner and food just to die for!!!!
Good food. Your employee with the red hair needs an attitude check. Don’t appreciate walking into the established and getting greeted with a dirty look and weird attitude at the register.

Stefano's is always busy when I arrive and for good reason. The food is delicious! The staff are busy bees so you may want to do your homework by looking at the website ahead of time.
I ordered the lobster roll. Although it was delicious, I bit into part of the shell that wasn't cleaned out properly. Service was bad, when we walked up, nobody helped us. We walked inside (small place) to look at the menu on the wall behind the counter, still nobody helped us. We moved over to the counter to order still no one said a word to us. It made me feel sad to eat here. Then when we finally get our order taken, the over charge us. Like I mentioned earlier, food was delicious but I won't be eating here again.
Ham was really good. Customer service was excellent. There was a bad, kind of rancid smell in the building, not sure what it was, but definitely not a good aroma...luckily we were just picking up a phone order, so we were in and out quickly.
This restaurant is in a strip mall close to the Nixon Presidential Museum. We were able to visit the museum, eat here for lunch and go back for more touring of the museum. Enjoyed Italian wedding soup and Stefano's special salad at an outdoor table. Very good food and service.
Wow!! Stefano's catered our wedding yesterday at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point and it was outstanding! The food was amazing and the service was awesome. We had chicken artichoke orzo pasta, meatballs, salad, veggies, and rolls. They also included veggie lasagna for our vegetarians. We also had an excellent dessert bar with Lemoncello cake, cheesecake, tiramisu, macroons, and cannolis. All the desserts were delicious! Stefanos provided us with table linens, napkins, plates, and silverware. Alana worked with us throughout the whole process to insure that we had exactly what we needed for our special day. The staff that was there the day of was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Stefanos for your wedding or any other event. I will post pictures of the event when I get the photos back.
