Pie and baked goods were outstanding. Food was good, large portions and friendly service
We are regulars here. The service is beyond amazing. We love our waitresses and the food is always fresh and so good. The coffee, orange juice and everything is just amazing. We have never waited more than 5 minutes. We get our food with in 10 minutes. They have great weekly specials as well. Definitely a must go
Food was tasty, but hash browns were cold. Service was VERY slow. Half of party was served and others served about 10 minutes later. Had to ask for extra items multiple times before delivered. Prices reasonable.
Makes me sad. I used to love Pollys. It wasn't very busy but the cooks messed up my order. We had to wait a long time for our food,never received refills on water. Like I said makes me sad
They went above and beyond to rectify a wrong order. These days especially good customer service is hard to come by. I ordered a banana strawberry pie and was given the wrong pie (probably miscommunication due to talking through masks) I was able to exchange it and was given free cookies on top of everything with courtesy and respect. I’ve been coming here a while and will continue to do so. Thank you!

The best service I've had in years!! Not only was the waitress incredibly attentive and wonderful but so were the host, bus boy, and cooks. Finally a restaurant that isn't understaffed during covid!!! The blue cheese wedge salad and the giant cinnamon roll were both delicious!!! The food came out super fast, and the prices were fair. We'll definitely be back!!
