Great coffee and extremely helpful staff that know there stuff
I regularly visit Peet's on my morning commute to work (3-5 times a week) and am always so pleased with my beverages and service. The baristas are some of the friendliest I've ever seen. They don't always have time to converse but they sure try! Highly recommend and will absolutely continue coming back.
This is my go-to coffee shop! The drinks and food and atmosphere are above and beyond the usual outstanding Peet's products but the STAFF makes this location the best. Everyone is so fun and friendly, and you can tell they are a team and make you feel a part of it! I cannot recommend this location enough!
This Peet's has good seating and is near some other good restaurants if you get hungry. Good spot to write a book or study.

Fast service, accommodating to special requests, they are always friendly and welcoming. I LOVE the coffee! and the muffins are yummy too.

Fran F. Yorba Linda, CA 1141 4/13/2022 This Peet's location is terrible!!! We went in on Wed. 4/13/22 at 4:45PM and ordered 2 medium vanilla lattes and 2 (stale) scones. We sat down to enjoy our coffee. Mine was not hot enough for me so we asked the girl if she could steam it a bit more. She took the coffee and rolled her eyes and then steamed it. We were not even halfway through our coffees and stale scones when we were told that we had to leave because they were closing. We asked for a few more minutes to finish our coffees and were told "NO...you have to leave now because we're locking the doors and we need to go home...just finish your coffee outside". I told them that I had asthma/allergies and that something was blooming outside and I asked why they didn't inform us of this before we ordered our coffees. We were told that the hours were clearly posted on the door. Well, not really "clearly"...I had to search to find them. I begged to stay for just a few more minutes. Anyway, the very rude Daniel said loudly "LEAVE NOW OR I'M CALLING SECURITY". We said, okay call security. My husband is handicapped and he left his cane in the car because we parked right in front...so trying to balance himself, his coffee and his stale scone was a bit of a challenge while Daniel kept yelling at us as though there was a bomb in the store..."GET OUT, GET OUT...GET OUT RIGHT NOW OR I'M CALLING SECURITY", which really would have been helpful to us trying to juggle our stuff. Then Daniel asked how old we were. We said we were senior citizens (husband is 80, I am 78). He said we were acting like babies!!! I asked his name and he replied "Daniel...I already told you that 3 times." Not true. I told Daniel he should learn to have more respect for elderly people...and he said that we should learn to have more respect for people like him...he's 25 for crying out loud!!! We can't move as quickly as he can, especially while holding hot coffee and stale scones and trying to pull ourselves up from the table!!! We spent $17.00 plus some change and we feel totally cheated!!! We did not get to enjoy our coffee and, as I said, the scones were stale (we did not complain to them about them - we try to be nice customers). I would like my money refunded, Daniel to be fired...and also a gift card to possibly use if we decide to go back to this location at 18353 Imperial Hwy., Yorba Linda, CA 92886. I hope someone with authority gets to read this because we have NEVER, EVER been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in our lives...and we've been alive for 8 decades!!! Thank you. Fran Fazzare
